It is a non-smoking, ground floor, end-of-building unit that has new microfiber sofas and chairs; new bed sets in both bedrooms; new carpet and paint throughout; new tile in entry way, kitchen and bathrooms; and new patio furniture, silk plants and flower arrangements. In all, over 1300 square feet of luxury! This unit has the best view in St. George- a 180 degree panorama looking north over Green Valley to Pine Valley Mountain. Great for breakfast on the patio at sunrise, or for watching the beautiful sunsets over the mountains to the northwest.
Laundry facilities include washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. Master suite has 27" cable TV, huge closet, private bathroom with large vanity, twin basins, and a garden tub with shower. Guest bedroom has a new queen bed and a huge closet. This unit has THE VERY BEST VIEW IN ST. GEORGE!! A 180 degree panorama looking north over Green Valley, all the way to Pine Valley Mountain. Las Palmas is THE resort of choice for the Inter-mountain West. Nothing else compares. The St. George area has sixteen golf courses. In nearby Mesquite, Nevada, you have more golf and great casinos. We were looking for a spot for a little R&R from wintertime blahs and picked St. George in early May. Good idea. If you've only blasted by on I-15 you haven't seen this wonderful community, or enjoyed its great restaurants, spectacular scenery, interesting museums and (if you're so inclined) great golf. There's Zion nearby, of course, and it's breathtaking, but we had just about as much fun exploring the nearby Snow Canyon State Park. During May the desert is filled with lovely flowers which no doubt disappear in the heat of the summer. We did try Mesquite for a little of what used to be called "Nevada fun," but left after a couple of hours - it seems tired, dirty and a little desperate in comparison to St. George. The resort has lots of amenities, most of which we didn't try because we were having too much fun sitting on the patio reading and relaxing. The owner was particularly helpful and accommodating. Our only complaint, and it was extremely minor, is that some of the decor and the kitchen appliances need freshening. The multiple mirrors in the bathroom particularly are a little disconcerting and very '80's, and the ice maker didn't work. But those were pretty trivial in an otherwise wonderful experience. We loved our week in St. George.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Whenever we visit St. George, we always try to stay at this condo! It is great and my wife thinks it is quite luxurious! This is a wonderful resort with great amenities for all in the family. Perfect 10!

This is a fantastic place to stay. I loved the pools, the view and the lodging. It has a great master bathtub! We will return again soon.
