About the owner: we live in this beautiful home year round. we enjoy the tranquility and beauty of the area, the stunning beaches, there are so many, and they are seldom crowded.
Why the Owner Chose East Hampton:
this is such a lovely property in a small neighborhood . such a secluded lot, but in easy access (just 5 minutes) from shops restaurants and many beaches' Although there is a Pool heater, the pool gets direct sunlight most of the day . the heater was only used to heat the pool when it was opened. and was never turned on again

this house has such amazing light in all the rooms, it glows with warmth. the outdoor areas terrace and pool are completely private and beautiful. Set in the woods on the village edge this house has so much going for it
