Situated on a barrier island is 'Florida's Last Kept Secret', you can swim right off the beach or stretch out on the high deck while the kids count the sea turtles or name the dolphins. This wonderfully built town home features an upscale kitchen with ceramic tile and carpet in the living area and 4 spacious bedrooms. The Master suite affords a breathtaking view from the 3rd level balcony and boasts a coffee/wet bar and huge oval tub. Splendor may be an understatement for this truly magnificent property. Private enclosed garage. There is a deep water boat launch 1 mile from the property that offers access to the Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf of Mexico. This is a very private beach house.

One week is simply not enough
Why would anyone ever book a stay in a high-rise brimming with thousands of others vying for a four foot square piece of sand to sun their pasty white bodies, or in an area so congested with cars, t-shirt shops and unsightly pasty white vacationers, when places like Sandy Feet Too exist? Just returned from a relaxing and totally fulfilling week long stay at Sandy Feet Too and would have no objection to returning again and again. Most days the closest beach neighbor was no less than 25 yards away and there were only a handful of people in the water. Some days there were fewer people and you literally couldn't hear a single sound that wasn't made by nature. Awesome. And we've spent our share of beach vacations in homes outfitted with the latest in Wal-Mart beach chic. You know, every wall decorated with cheesy beach scene water colors, every couch, bedspread and towel adorned with cheesy sea shells, and every open flat surface taken up with cheesy pelican, sea gull or boating tchotchke. So it was with great pleasure that we found Sandy Feet Too to be decorated by someone with a little taste. Not that SFToo is without cheese, but at least it's fashionable and not over the top. Pros: Comfortable accommodations. Nice to have a garage to park the car and store some of our beach stuff. Great master bed...can't remember when I've slept better. Spacious kitchen. Flat screens in all the bedrooms. A small library of books. A wet bar with a small fridge upstairs. 3 decks (if you include the ground floor patio area). Sidewalk directly across the street for walkers, runners, bikers. Beautiful views. 1.5 miles from the intersection of Gulf Blvd and the Causeway. Clean white beaches and, when the currents are right, crystal clear water. Cons: Steps...I think I must have climbed to the top of the Empire State Building and back throughout the week. 17 from the ground to first floor and another 17 to the top floor. There is very little in the way of food and entertainment nearby. One real restaurant (Rocco's), two other grill type places, and a hot dog place. Otherwise you gotta head into Navarre (10 mins) or to Pensacola Beach area (30 mins). The only grill that was available was only large enough for a hamburger or two. Wished there was a bigger one available. Otherwise, that's it...no other negatives at all. For our needs, this place rocked!!! Would definitely return.
