Enjoy your Vail ski vacation in the comfort and convenience of this single family private residence in the Inter-Mountain area of West Vail, about eight to ten minutes from the Cascade Village chair lift. Located directly on the FREE Vail bus line, you can take advantage of four (4) buses per hour during high season for easy access to skiing, shopping and dining. Being close to the turn-a-round point for the bus route, you won't be faced with an over crowded or full bus on those powder days for which Vail is famous.
This two-story 1900+ square foot home is directly across the street from the bus stop and provides easy ski storage in the attached garage. Comfortably decorated with Western art, contemporary furniture, vaulted ceilings and fireplace, it provides pleasant atmosphere for relaxing after skiing.
Two bedrooms are located on the main floor, one king and one with twin bunkbeds. The third bedroom is located on the second level and also offers a king-size bed. Ample closet and storage space is available for clothing. The loft is adjacent to the upstairs bedroom and offers another set of comfortable bunkbeds. A full bath is located on each level.
This private residence's kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking utensils and is stocked with the basic staples such as flour, sugar, condiments and spices so you do not have to spend extra money for the small quantities you might need. For grocery shopping, just jump in your car for a two-minute ride or catch the West Vail GREEN bus for a short ride to Safeway and City Market. Also, a pre-arrival grocery shopping service is offered to provide you with a full refrigerator when you arrive.
Dining accommodations include a formal dining room which seats eight (8) and a breakfast counter for quick snacks. If you wish to cook outdoors, fully stocked gas and Webber charcoal grills are provided conveniently close to the kitchen.
Private parking for two cars is available immediately in front of the house. Because you are located on a small cul du sac shared with three other private residences, you won't have to worry about parking problems or other hotel and condo neighbors waking you up with loud music and late arrivals. After a full day of skiing and enjoying the outdoors, a quiet night's sleep is wonderful.
NOTE: This is a private residence and is available on a VERY limited basis, perhaps 2 - 3 weeks a year: Christmas/New Years and perhaps one week in Febuary and/or March. It is not a commercial property. |
