  Thank you Darin the opportunity for some really great friends to get together and enjoy your stunning home and have an amazing weekend in Palm Springs. The accommodations and your "aloha" are the Lamborghini of vrbo's! You helped make the experience a hundred times better with all of the fine touches you offered. We were so spoiled in your home that we didn't need to leave it to go out. Mahalo Nui Loa!!! We will be back!

  We have seen many beautiful homes but I have to say this is in a league of its own. Beautifully decorated. Perfect layout. Private and just stunning. We will be back as soon as possible. Highly recommended.

  wonderful long weekend in palm springs. hiking, biking, and pool relaxing. fabulous home, immaculately decorated, great neighborhood, close to all. a remarkable mini-vacation two hours from our home in cloudy san diego!!

  Have rented many houses for brief trips to Palm Springs over the past five years. The hosts here were definitely the best-- very clear instructions for everything, a bottle of champagne, and-- very unique-- sent an easy online form to fill out to order groceries, which were at the house when we got there. Saved us a trip to the store. Immaculate house with all the modern trimmings, everything worked. Highly recommended!

  This home is even more beautiful than the pictures, and the owners have thought of everything!! Their taste is impeccable and attention to detail astounding!! Upon our arrival for our girls' weekend there was a bottle of champagne chilled on the countertop (a perfect start to our vacation)!! The kitchen is stocked with anything you might possibly need. The bedrooms provide a perfect sanctuary, and the communal spaces are perfect for a family or group of friends. The location was awesome for hikes/walks/runs right outside your door and only a short 10 minute drive to downtown Palm Springs. I honestly can't say enough good things about this home!! We had the best long weekend and hope we can visit again next year!!

  My wife and I rented this great property for two weeks in late April early May. The owners were very accommodating and the property definitely lives up to, if not exceeds the photos - truly an amazing upscale residence with all of the amenities anyone could ever need. We prefer to cook the majority of our meals and the kitchen definitely met our needs. They have set up the outside area next to the pool with several choices for dining or simply relaxing. We often took advantage of the excellent hiking and walking trails immediately adjacent to the house - the views from up top are superb! This was always followed up with a swim in the pool, which was also just right for doing laps. The three car garage was perfect for our vehicle and motorcycles. We look forward to returning again next year, thank you Darin and Bart - best wishes!

  Probably one of the most beautiful vacation homes I can ever remember renting. The house is stunning. The layout is fantastic for a group as each bedroom has a private bathroom. The kitchen is large and well-stocked with everything you need. The pool, spa, and patio are magnificent. There is plenty of pool-side seating, a lounge area, fire pit, bbq, outdoor misters, and the landscaping is gorgeous. We were a group of three couples with children (ages 5-10) and we all had a relaxing and amazing time. The pool had floats for the adults and floaties for the kids. The house has a selection of games, Apple TV, and a stereo system for both inside and outside the home. The owners were very helpful and kind throughout our entire stay. Would recommend highly and can't wait to come back again!

  This truly is a beautiful home. The photos accurately represent the property. If you like what you see, you won't be disappointed. Everything was immaculate and very well organized. The rooms were very spacious and nicely decorated. Gourmet kitchen for anyone who enjoys cooking. Garden and pool area are very private and well maintained. Darin was there to meet us upon our arrival and gave us a brief tour and made us feel very welcome. He made himself available to us at any time if we had any questions at all. I would recommend this property without hesitation!

  First class experience. This new, well-built home has it all. Very nice neighborhood; easy, high-quality appliances and TVs, music, pool, spa; very comfortable house to relax in. Clear, close, mountain views, total privacy, nice walkable street, 10 minutes away from downtown Palm Springs, the airport and fantastic WWII Air Museum, other fine local sights. House manager Darin is nice, smart, helpful, unobtrusive, non-cloying, with exactly the right amount of contact, offers of help, etc.. The house itself is quiet, peaceful, serene, with sublimely beautiful architecture & great skylights throughout. Would definitely consider renting again.

  This was excellent. Great layout - separate quarters for all guests. Everything in the house was easy to figure out and the house manager was phenomenal; greeting us upon arrival and explaining everything perfectly. Pool and spa were heated when we walked in, hiking trails right down the street, lots of privacy, everything you need to cook for a large group, sound throughout the house, neighborhood is great for walking, etc. Very nice and we will go back.

Fees:

• Pet Fee: $250 + tax
• Cleaning: $300 + tax
• Property Damage Protection: $89
• Pool Heating: $60 + tax
• Refundable Damage Deposit: $1000
• Tax Rate 11.5%

Cancellation policy:

CANCELLATIONS: All reservations cancelled within 90 days prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation charge of $500.00. For reservations cancelled 45 days prior to arrival will be charged $1,000. For reservations cancelled less than 21 days prior to scheduled arrival the renters will forfeit the Room Lease and Room Tax fees for dates the property is unrented while Deposit, Cleaning, and Pool Heating fees will be returned. No refunds will be made for early departures or if number in party decreases.

100% refund if canceled at least 90 days before arrival date.
