Beautifully 'Beach Theme' Decorated Beachfront unit. Penthouse unit (1200 & 1300 units) have extra tall 10' ceilings and amazing views over adjacent complex.....the views are absolutely amazing from the balcony and bedrooms while maintaining privacy. Great views from all rooms....living room opens to the balcony and the master bedroom has two windows to take full advantage of the amazing unobstructed beach views, guest bedroom also has a window that looks out over the beach...so no matter where you sleep you can see and hear the waves crashing on the shore.
Unit sleeps six and has a dining area that accommodates six also. Master bedroom has King bed, guest bedroom has two twin beds and living room has pull out sleeper. Pack-n-play can be provided. Each room has a flat screen TV and DVD Player for your entertainment needs. Bose Wave sound system for listening to your favorite music (includes aux cable to hook up your Iphone etc)....or hook up the TV / DVD to watch your favorite movies.
Free wifi for those that want to be connected, great local books and magazines for those that just want to relax on the beach or balcony with a good book!!
For those who want to prepare you meals, you have a fully equipped kitchen. And when you don't feel like cooking there are so many amazing restaurants to try!!
Unit equipped with a washer and dryer...and ironing board and iron if you have the need for one.
Tradewinds is a great complex with a indoor / outdoor pool that is heated in the fall, winter & spring and plenty of parking. Feel like barbecuing....the complex has three large BBQs with an adjacent picnic table. The complex sits on a low density part of Orange Beach so you have plenty of room on the beach!! Much less crowded beach area makes it easier to keep track of the kids and relax!!
Tradewinds is perfectly located for shopping, dining, amusement parks, three grocery stores within 1 mile, charter boat tours and fishing trips, golfing and so much more.
Being a local resident, we will provide any local information and referrals you may need or want. There are so many new and returning events to the area ....the boat races are returning, the new zip line park is going in, The Beach Festival is back, new restaurants have and are opening, turtles will be hatching !!! We can give you ideas that you may not find searching the internet or from the tourist publications that will help make you next trip to Orange Beach a even better!!
Unit will be completely repainted and updated by summer 2013 rental season.

Angela and her husband are the best hosts we have ever been in contact with when renting a holiday apartment/condo! They were so kind, generous, friendly and extremely hospitable! They helped out with entertainment suggestions for the kids and where to eat as a family. They provided excellent directions to the condo and how to find the key and important things in the unit which makes the holiday so much more enjoyable. They were absolutely amazing. They even allowed us to check in early and check out late- very lovely lovely people. I now know what they mean about Southern Hospitality!!!! The condo is beautifully decorated- very comfortable, practical and relaxing. Fantastic kitchen and the view is sensational! We feel so lucky to have found this place and highly recommend it! Fantastic holiday!Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, people with disabilities, girls getaway.

About the owner: On a fluke in 2002 we discovered Orange Beach and fell in love. We purchased our condo on that trip and have recently been fortunate enough to make this our home!! We have rented our unit previously on VRBO, but found it challenging living in California to provide the exceptional personal service we wanted our guests to experience so we had a management company handle our unit for the last 10 years. Now that we are lucky enough to live here we are able to provide the level of service we expect to receive when we travel!! We are excited to share some of the 'local' information with our guests to make your stay exceptional.
