The 40 x 20 fabric covered pergola provides respite from the sun; the perfect retreat in between time spent in the Pool and Spa. Enjoy the home's prime Western exposure and views of the San Jacinto Mountains.
Rich in Mid-Century Modern history, Twin Palms is located in South Palm Springs. Just a short drive to Downtown, it is also close to The Ace Hotel, Koffi, Smoke Tree Village and Smoke Tree Commons, which offer groceries, dining and banking. This is an awesome location!

Went there this January with my family for a week. We had never been to Palm Springs, so we didn't know what to expect. The home is lovely and very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with all the right gadgets. All the rooms are very spacious and sunny. The pool and the hot tub were great. We spent a lot of time in both. There is a wonderful lounging area next to the pool with a table to eat. We had lunch there many days. There is a nice grill there as well. We all loved the home. We all want to go back, it couldn't be a nicer more restful home!Recommended for: People with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.
