This is a residental neighborhood, so parties are not allowed. This apartment is not suitable for elderly or infirmed. 10 minutes from Legoland and Del Mar Horse Racing Track and Fairgrounds. Less than 30 minutes to Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park, Old Town, Seaport Village, Gaslamp Quarter. Take day trips to desert or mountains or Mexico. Two hours from Disneyland. This is the perfect location for a fun family vacation. Maximum stay - two weeks only. No monthly rental. Maximum # of people 4. Family owned and operated. This apartment is behind our home. If you see us on the front veranda in the afternoon, join us for complimentary cocktails and watch the sunset over the Pacific ocean. We do not accept credit cards.
