About the owner: We are a Family of 4 who live in Raleigh, NC. We've always enjoyed the beaches of South Carolina. In 2010, we visited Surfside for the first time. We fell in love with the area and then we fell in love with this house. This beautiful house accommodates our friends and family and we enjoy spending time with them in Surfside Beach. We rent our family-oriented home when we are not using it so others can enjoy Surfside as much as we do.
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes:
In 2010, friends invited us to stay with them in Surfside Beach for a vacation. We loved it here; it felt like home to us. We knew right away that we wanted to spend more time in this peaceful, family-oriented and private town of Surfside. We were so blessed to find this lovely home in the area of Surfside. This gorgeous home is only 700 feet from the ocean. The Sufside Beach area is perfectly located within walking distance of restaurants, the Surfside Beach pier, playgrounds, tennis courts & a newly renovated library. Bikes or golf carts can also be rented locally. There is also shopping, dining out, entertainment, golfing, water parks, and all the excitement of Myrtle beach, all within minutes from this home.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Besides the ideal location, we are constantly making improvements to our home. We maintain a fully equipped kitchen and high speed internet for your convenience. Immediately after purchasing our home, we added 6 new Flat Screen TVs (including a 55' in the main living/dining area and a 42' in the loft area) and new furniture. We upgraded all of the beds with Memory Foam for added comfort . In 2012, we installed 2 brand new HVAC units for quiet, trouble-free comfort. For 2013, we are adding a new outdoor grill and improving the pool area. There are two similar rental properties right next door, so there's a potential for big family gatherings.
