Access by the Sky Walk is only a short distance from our Villa-
without crossing a road. Or, you can catch a ride on the resort tram that takes guests to & from the lagoon pool area. If you rather swim only steps away from our condo - a beautiful pool is located directly in front of our living room window & bedroom balcony.
The Master bedroom has a King-size bed. The guest room has two Queen-size beds. This unit was remodeled in January and is beautiful, & CLEAN!
Our condo sleeps up to 6 persons. One King size bed in Master Suite, and two queen beds in other bedroom. The Master Suite balcony over looks a beautiful pool area.
Non-smoking unit only. ~ No Pets. - Strictly Enforced.

ATTENTION SNOW BIRDS - Extended Stays in our condo - We will need previous references. We do not allow pets and do not permit smoking. Our condo has been updated in every room and we look forward to finding the right fit for our 'Home Away From Home'. Rates by the month will be: October-$1250, November- $1250, December -$1250, January-$1250, February-$1250, March-$1295.- (note the slight price increase for March). Power, internet, cable - all included in this price. Our unit is truly lovely. We have a great pool view, nice accessories and furniture, updated floors, new drapes, etc... (MUST be 25 years old or older.) Thank You.
~ We have house keeping and check out expectations - A short list provided in condo for when checking out. We deduct from the refundable damage deposit if anything is missing, if extra cleaning has to be done, missing pool passes, etc. In MOST cases the deposit is refunded in full. We expect our renters to abide by the check out/guests rules. Thank you. ~

The information provided on the vrbo site was very accurate. This was a lovely condo with a beautiful pool view. Resonable in price and close to everything. We enjoyed being on the Golf Villa side and did not miss the beach side due to the pretty pool outside the balcony. There's many amenities on the property and I would stay here again. I will be a repeat guest in this condo.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children.

Wonderful!! This condo is so nice. Colors and decor are done in tasteful "Beach" theme. Plenty of space for everyone. Pictures were good of unit on listing and gave an idea of what to expect, however in person was beautiful!! Great view of the pool and tennis courts! Palm trees all around the grounds. Great location for restaurants, shopping, different attractions and fun in PC. This was a very clean unit and the master bed is oh so comfortable!! My husband and I would recommend this condo to friends and family. Hope to return soon!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

Deposits due upon reserving condo. If not received within 5 days of booking, your reservation will be cancelled. We have others wanting the same dates, therefore we cannot hold a reservation without a deposit for more than 5 days. Final Balance due 30 days prior to check in date.Check-in -4pm, Check Out-10am.~ Condo inspected after check out. If all is in order, full refund of damage deposit.
We require a Refundable damage deposit ~ plus $250 towards rental to secure booked dates.
Remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival date. ~ CANCELLATIONS -A thirty (30) day notice is required for all cancellations. There will not be any deposit return for cancellations less than 30 days from check in time. An early departure does not warrant any refund. Check out rules are to be honored.

About the owner: We have been going to Edgewater Beach Resort for many years. It is OUR favorite place on the beach. We went as a young couple, before we had children, then when we went every summer as a family, once we had young children. And now, we enjoy our grown children and grand children. We want our condo to be for families, and for couples. We have taken much pride in decorating the condo with beautiful furnishings. We look forward to having renters that enjoy our beach place as much as we do. Edgewater is the best place on the beach to stay. It is very family oriented. But it is also a great place for couples to have a romantic get-away. It is also a fun place for a group of ladies to go and enjoy fun in the sun. ~ The amenities, such as the restaurants, the spa, many pools to choose from, easy access to the beach - all very nice. You will be in a secure, gated community, and yet convenient to everything in PCB. **We WILL NOT rent to students. **
