The listing and photos are accurate. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. Scott is a very accommodating and responsive owner. The apartment was pleasant, informal, with great natural light and through breezes. With a couple of fans Scott provided air-conditioning was not needed all summer. The location is super, very near the zoo and within easy walking of a number of eateries, coffee shops, and a small market, plus one block away from Aurora freeway which can whiz you downtown in 10 minutes (not during rush hour). The kitchen and bath are rather small, but Scott created the most functionality in the space he had to work with. For 2 adults this is ideal for a few days, weeks, and even months. Probably a couple of children could be there as well up to a week or two.

Cozy home for us!
We are here this week to enjoy the cool Seattle weather and visit with family and friends. This house has been a cozy home for us! We enjoyed walking to the park, coffee, dinner, the zoo, etc. during our stay. We loved the location so easy to access downtown where we enjoyed the market, a baseball game and many other activities. Thanks for a great stay!
