Our light and airy two bedroom, two bath oceanfront, beach front vacation condominium has direct ocean views is located directly on a beautiful, semi-private no drive beach in Ormand by the Sea, Florida. Here you will thrill to glorious ocean sunrises right from your bedroom window. Get that cup of freshly brewed coffee and savor the mesmerizing view and sounds of the ocean from the comfortable, tiled balcony. You'll see dolphins and whales swim by; they love to come here too as do the sea turtles.
How will you spend your day? Exploring the wonders of the sea or perhaps taking in a round of golf or visiting nearby Daytona Beach, St.Augustine or Orlando and Disney World activities? Or maybe nothing more strenuous than splashing in the surf and sunning by our oceanfront heated swimming pool? The possibilities are endless…like the sea. Nearby restaurants beckon, but you can also prepare your favorites right in the fully stocked gourmet kitchen, which also has a view of the ocean. Whip up a frosty blender of tropical, fruity drinks. The ice maker is happy to oblige and the grocery store is a short walk away for all your supplies. Log on your laptop for your mail....high speed Internet is there for you.
Our breezy, elegant Ormond Beach oceanfront condominium was professionally decorated and has a tranquil, well appointed Master Suite which will soothe and pamper you. Get a refreshing night’s sleep on a plush king size pillow top bed decked in luxury linens. Watch some cable TV, read or simply stare out the picture window at the sea. Let the huge rain forest shower refresh you; slip into a plush Turkish bathrobe; it’s all there for you. The dressing area has a sit down vanity and generous walk-in closet; no need to live out of a suitcase.
The delightful second bedroom has a fresh and tropical décor and direct access to its own bath. It has two twin beds which convert to a very comfortable King size with a luxurious memory foam top. Simply indicate your preference prior to your arrival. It will be waiting for you. Both bedrooms have unlimited local phone calls, cable TV and ample drawer and closet space, alarm clock radios, hairdryers, extra towels and linens.
The living room entices you to sit down and enjoy the fabulous Atlantic ocean and beach views overlooking the swimming pool. It opens to the fresh air balcony and is elegantly and luxuriously decorated. For additional entertainment you have cable TV, rent or bring some DVDs, play games and cards for a little after dinner fun. The stylish dining room comfortably seats four and there are additional bar stools at the breakfast counter.
The large, heated, oceanfront swimming pool is reserved just for the guests of the Seawinds. It's directly on the beach and has a fresh water shower available to rinse off the sand and salt.
A full size washer and dryer are conveniently located right inside our vacation condominium unit along with cheerful beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrella.
The Seawinds in Ormond Beach, Florida is a secure, wheel chair accessible building with key/code entry only. A garage door opener will get you inside the private underground parking garage where you will have your own assigned space. Shopping carts make it easy to bring in your groceries.

We grew up in the Midwest and always wanted to live by the sea. Ormond by the Sea is such a pleasant, relaxing beach community---a very special place by the sea. All our friends that visit us here are envious of the relaxed pace...and gentle ambience of living in a seaside village.

Everyday we drive by water---the ocean, the intercoastal or streams and wetlands; it's great.
Free tennis, racquetball, softball fields, nature trails stretching from the Atlantic Ocean to the Halifax River(intercoastal) A well kept secret gem...
This is one of the few remaining wooden watch towers on the eastern seaboard. During WWII, these towers would have observers in them watching for U-boats.
Brand new, upscale Publix Grocery, shops, banks and eateries
Noah's Market is a great upscale deli and take out. This area has Thai food, Outback Steakhouse, Paradise Valley and many beach shops.

This is a perfect spot to vacation whatever you plan to do, even if you do want to leave the beautiful condo sometime. It is relaxing whether you are on the balcony just watching the ocean, waves and birds or a dolphin or two, or in the condo. It was just what we needed after all the harried health issues of the family. The condo is convenient to so many things, quiet, and beautifully decorated. Karin and Tony have all the special touches for having fun and finding out about the area. We thank them for their thoughtful consideration of their guests. I hope to return again and again. Thanks for the weather, too. Hope you can arrange that for next time -- it was perfect!

Tony and Karin- Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your beautiful condo...it was a great week in every way. For us, it was nice not to have to travel once we settled in..we hit the beach everyday and had great weather...just what the doctor ordered. You guys thought of everything....from the boogie boards, to beach towels...soaps...towels ...total turn key. We have rented places in the past, but nothing as all-inclusive as this. Plus the beach was so uncrowded and we really like the area. Very sad to leave! We would love to come back again!

Thank you for the wonderful stay. You have thought of everything that we could have wanted! We are sad to go. Our favorite adventures included St. Augustine, Disney World and the Manatee Cruise. Favorite eateries: Bubba Gumps and the Great Philly Cheesteak. Loved our lazy days in the pool and the ocean as well. The binoculars in the condo helped us see the dolphins up close and we caught a glimpse of the sea turtles. There was a nest right on the beach. Weather was fabulous. It was by far the best vacation we've been on, so again, thank you for sharing this beautiful condo with us. We hope to return!

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in this fabulous place. It was a real paradise and the perfect escape from everyday life. Oh. My. Gosh!! After a long 24 hr drive from Canada to get here, we walked into paradise. We’ve been vacationing in Florida since our kids were 3 and 5 (they are now 17 and 19) and I have never seen them so excited. We all love your condo. My wife and I along with her sister and brother-in-law had a most wonderful vacation at the Sea Turtle from May 2 - 9, 2009. Tony and Karin have taken every step to ensure their guests have a wonderful vacation and their condo is extememly well cared for and contains everything you need - including the house coats, beach equipment and wonderful furnishings. Most important, the beds slept wonderfully and "Tony's Picks" of places to eat were right on the mark. Thanks Tony and Karin for making our beach stay perfect.

This is a gorgeous condo that had everything we needed. It was better than the Internet pictures and those were beautiful too. The owners live nearby and were great. They suggested restaurants and activities for us and we had a great time. This location is close enough to do day trips to Orlando and St. Augustine. The beach is clean and hardly a soul on it. We plan on coming back here next year. Ormond Beach is a well kept secret.

This condo was gorgeous. It had everything you could possibly need and then some. The direct ocean view was phenomenal; we sat on the balcony for hours and watched dolphins swimming by. The owners of this condo live nearby and are so friendly. They provided us with names of their favorite restaurants and things to do. Their decorating is outstanding. It felt like we were staying in a 5 star resort. We can't wait to go back. Definitely recommend this condo and this beach town. It's close to Orlando for day trips and don't forget to do the Space Center and St. Augustine.
