Location is very close to the St. Charles line and we found it easy to hop onto the trolley and ride 15-20 min to the French Quarter. Jami was the ultimate professional and even went out of her way to provide air mattresses for the 8 guys staying in the place. The place was clean and very comfortable with plenty of towels/linens. Just know that the walls are a little thin. I think the neighbors weren't too happy with us one night, and we weren't happy with them the next night. However, Jami did a great job making sure everyone was happy in the end. FYI: Don't have any packages sent to the house, we did and could find no trace of it.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.
