The apartment is one minute walk from Beach and five minutes walk from Puerto Banus Marina with its nightlife, good restaurants to suit all budgets. All manner of water sports are available on the blue flag beaches adjacent to the port which hosts splendid facilities for boaters, fishing and sea sports enthusiasts.
Fantastic ocean views, including the rock of Gibraltar, are there to be enjoyed together with a backdrop of La Concha mountain range which adds to the coastal charisma of the marina.
Plenty of entertainment is available for all the family. As well as a multi-cinema complex, bowling alley, art galleries, world famous designers’ boutiques, beauty centres and department store.
Water and Amusement parks and the best safari/zoo in Spain are within 20 minutes drive away. Leisure activities include biking, horse back riding, sea world, crocodile farms and dolphin excursions.

- The apartment is within few minutes walk from all amenities and the Marina Puerto Banus. You can walk along the beach to the port or along the paseo. The famous Ocean Club is by the development on the beach. Mini market is 3 minutes walk and the major supermarkets are 10 minutes walk. It is a quiet development with two outdoor pools. One of them is at the bottom of the garden by the beach. The gardens are private to residents and you will be given a key for access to the beach.
