Do call for consultation for stays do change. 3 month minimum-$1000 damage deposit on arrival which will be returned within 2 weeks after leaving home, $150 cleaning charge per booking on arrival, $1000 reserves booking and is applied to total payment which is due on arrival.

About the owner: I moved from Green Bay, WI, to Mesa, AZ, in 2004. I was interested in purchasing another home for future downsizing. A friend told me that this home would be on the market so I made an appointment to see it. I walked in the front door, saw the openness and view, checked the bedrooms and by the time I was at the back door, I purchased it for it has good vibes and gave me a wonderful, peaceful feeling of home. This home reflected my personality and when I showed it to my friends, the feedback was similar. In the meantime, I will share it with winter visitors. The longer I live in Mesa, the more impressed I am with the sunshine and many varied opportunities available within a short distance. In the past, I have had a Bed and Breakfast and do take pride in making guest comfortable and pampered. It has been a delight to me to furnish this home comfortably and elegantly. This home emanates a joyful feeling!

I choose this particular community because it is close to everything and it is easy to meet new friends wherever you go. This area is secure, and the neighbors watch out for you without intruding. Everything you may want is at your fingertips: shopping, churches, restaurants, entertainment and activities of all types, museums, Spring training camps for baseball and lots of golf are in the community or very near along with anything you may desire.
