This beautiful recently remodeled and updated, two bedroom, two bath townhome has all the comforts of home, plus the southern Florida sunshine. The great room has a two-story ceiling and opens to the dining area. Sliding glass doors open to a covered, screened-in patio. It has a completely remodeled and updated kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances.
Both bedrooms have 2 queen beds. The master bedroom is huge with two closets. The bedrooms have flat screen TVs and DVD players. The Master bath has double vanities with a tub and stand alone shower.
There is a community heated pool with lounge chairs, restrooms, a covered pavilion, and all the privacy of home within walking distance.
It is located in PGA National, near lots of golf courses, great beaches. It is in a gated , secure community. It has great walking and biking paths, parks and play grounds. There is great shopping close by. PGA National Resort has five championship golf courses, an Internationally renowned spa, tennis club, restaurants, pool, and hot tubs. The Downtown area and City Place are only a few of the many 'Hot Spots'.
This property is the best for a couple of snowbirds looking for the best of Florida sun and fun.

This was my first experience with VRBO and I could not have asked for a better expierence, the house was clean, comfortable and I felt like I was at home. The owners couldn't have been more accommodating and professional. The pool area was large and close and the condo was ideally located! I will never rent a hotel again.. Thank you Marcie and Jeff you made my first expierence so perfect, I highly recommend this place!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

This place was perfect for us. Awesome water pressure, and tv's with remotes in every room. Those are the basics for us and this place did it perfectly. The rental was handled easily with a lock box on the porch and some emails. Could not have been easier. Although we did not cook, the kitchen is brand new with everything you need for a week or a month. The pool is also available but we were working during the day. Convenient to everything we needed and very clean. Could not ask for more.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

About the owner: My husband and I purchased this vacation get away because of our love for Florida and it's ideal location and the luxury of resort amenities. We have been visiting Florida since we were young children with our families. Our parents live in PGA and it truly is a second home. We welcome visitors to enjoy our home as much as we do and will continue doing for many years to come.
