2 bedroom 2 bath new construction home. On a quiet east Austin street with Alarm system. Home will be professional cleaned with new linens.
Located in East Austin in between 13th and 14th on Concho St. It is biking, and walking distance to UT & Downtown. 15 minute walk to Austin Convention Center, Capitol, Paramount. We are on a quiet street. There are plenty of restaurants and groceries nearby. We are walking/biking distance to local favorite spots: Hillside Farmacy, East Side Pies, East End Wines, Hill Country Pierogi, Longbranch Inn, Blue Dahlia, Shangri-La, Liberty Bar, and Beanu Coffeehouse. $8 cab ride or $1 bus routes to downtown or UT. The #6 and #22 pick up a block from our house.
We have two bikes that can be used but require extra deposit and must sign a waiver.
The house has two flat screen TVs, cable TV and wicked fast Wi-Fi is included. The kitchen features all appliances, gas stove, dishwasher and huge fridge. Hardwood floors, kitchen table with seating for 4-6in addition to kitchen counter for 4. Gas grill outside.

Awesome Place, Great Location, Austin is GREAT!
It was my third visit to Austin (one of my all time favorite places to visit). We saw this house online and could not have been more happy. It is great location for Austin, located in the hip "East Side" of downtown. Easily within walking distance to downtown's famous sixth street plus a ton of great bars and restaurants in the neighborhood. The house itself is modern and clean with a great rock-ground backyard. We had 4 people in our group and it slept us all easily with room for more if needed. The bathrooms were clean and fully stocked. There is a full working kitchen with modern appliances. Hard wood floors throughout and the houses owner, Ariel, was very helpful with recommendations for us. I have rented several houses when traveling for both work and pleasure, but I have to say that this one was probably the best deals I have come across. I always find these reviews helpful, so I thought it was best to start doing some myself.
