Coastal Paradise II beach house is a beautiful and charming 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home in Royal Sands beachfront neighborhood! Big spacious living area and separate game/bunk room upstairs will insure for a great relaxing fun stay. All beds are pillow top high quality mattresses and the bunk, Full, & queen beds are all memory foam which are amazing! Just steps from the gulf and only a few feet from one of the adjacent neighborhood swimming pool areas. Royal sands has two neighborhood swimming pools. Our home offers all of the comforts of home with all the accessories for a perfect beach vacation. The Coastal Paradise II beach house has a well equipped kitchen, charcoal grill, granite counter tops, stained concrete floors and much more. High-speed internet, direct TV on several LCD TVs. There is a fenced in back yard with beautiful patio and teak furniture for entertaining outside. The ocean & neighborhood water canal can be viewed from the back porch and 2nd floor balcony. We love dogs (no cats) and welcome them into our home however they need to obey a few rules. The house is non-smoking, but you may step outside to smoke. The beach is about a five minute walk away across a beautiful boardwalk that takes you across the sand dunes. With the gulf on one side and the bay on the other, our guests soak up a real beach experience. Port Aransas is in the migratory path for many species of birds, affording a great opportunity for birding.
At the Coastal Paradise II beach house all boats and watercraft must be parked fully in the driveway with your automobiles. If needed, you may park boats at the Port Aransas municipal marina for five days at no charge. Contact the harbor master.

About the owner: I have lived 20 years in Texas and have come to find the Texas coast as my second home. I love fishing and enjoy bringing my two black labs and family down to enjoy our Coastal Property.
Why the Owner Chose Royal Sands:
I designed Coastal Paradise II after my other vacation home (Coastal Paradise) for my family and friends but moved the main living area to the first floor. I enjoy fishing at the Texas coast and wanted to make a weekend retreat that I can come down from central Texas and enjoy. Just like my first property I put high quality mattresses in everyone room and memory foam mattresses in the bunk room for great comfort.
You will also enjoy some of the perks with this house including watching LCD tvs in your bedroom, sipping margaritas on the porch listening to wireless music, and much more. This place was designed to be a home not a rental and I know you will feel this way when you visit.
