The living area, directly off the kitchen, has a sliding glass door which leads to the elevated deck. Eat dinner on the open deck while relaxing and watching the sunset over the gulf. The open loft has a pull-out sofa, TV/VHS/DVD player, and surrounds you with views of the gulf and the bayou.
This home boasts so many extras, including carport parking, outdoor shower, fishing table - to clean your days catch, two TVs/VHS/DVD players, washer/dryer, two full showers, and much more!
New and exciting changes are coming to PSJ - The new Sacred Heart Hospital is coming in early 2010. This full service hospital will serve Port St. Joe (Cape San Blas) and the surrounding areas. Also, the new Panama City International Airport is opening in spring 2010. The new airport is closer to PSJ and will provide more flights, jets and access to the beautiful panhandle beaches.
Serenity Now is also located minutes away from the world-famous Indian Pass Oyster Bar and Saint Joseph State Park.

Why the Owner Chose Cape San Blas
The home really met our needs and it's a home we would have rented if we were going on vacation, it was modern, new and felt comfortable. It had all of the upgrades we expect and appreciate in our daily lives, but with one extra, a fabulous view of the Gulf. It's only a few minutes walk to the beach and it felt like a place where our friends and family can have fun, relax and truly enjoy their vacation. Sold!
The Unique Benefits at this Beach Rental
The higher end furniture and decorations we think make our house really stand out. We've seen several rental owners make the mistake of putting items of less quality in their homes from the furniture to the dishes, we really strive to buy quality items from known reatilers (Pier 1, Pottery Barn, Wolf Gang Puck cookware, Williams-Sonoma, etc.) to allow renters to enjoy the same high standards that they expect at home, on their vacatoin.
We also like to incorporate items that we would want on vacation into the home, we have a DVD collection, games, books and magazines that help pass the time on rainy days.
At Indian Pass Raw Bar you won't find a hostess and you won't find a dress code that requires a suit and tie. What you will find is friendly locals in Tank Tops and Flip Flops. We're known for our

We purchased our beach house in 2005, this is one of the most unspoiled and relaxing areas of Florida we have ever been to. We live in Atlanta and try to make it down to the house as many times as we can. My husband and I are originally from Pittsburgh and are huge Steeler, Penguin (and yes even the Pirates) fans!
