Two bedrooms are on the first floor each with twin beds. Upstairs, one room has a queen and a single bed. The other room has a queen and two twin beds. A sliding glass door leads to an outside deck with chairs and lounge chair. There is an outside shower and changing room. Washer and Dryer are in the garage; beach chairs and umbrellas are there as well. The kitchen is fully equipped (plates, silverware, pots/pans, dishes) including microwave, dishwasher, stove & refrigerator. There is a counter with two stools as well as another small table and two chairs. Family room has TV and DVD; Living room has a TV; Dining room seats 8. There is one full bath on each floor. The outdoor patio has picnic table, umbrella and chairs. There is an awning over the patio. An outdoor grill is on the back patio as well. Off street parking for 4 cars. Beach badges are supplied as well!
