Lovely place, lovely owners
Lovely place, lovely owners
This house is a gem, well located in a quiet farm area just minutes from a charming but "real" town. It is even nicer than the photographs and quite livable. It is beautifully appointed, the owners are very accommodating and were interested in making our holiday as smooth and comfortable as possible. The agent was also very accommodating. We dream of returning one day soon to a place we felt was "like home." The only downside: they did not take credit cards which we would have preferred. Five stars, six if we could give them.

Beautiful, private and quiet
Beautiful, private and quiet
There are many beautiful homes in Provence, but this one has had its renovations done very recently and the fit and finish are wonderful. Details have been taken care of. The owners use the place regularly. This is important because it means the house is well taken care of. Also, the all - important customer service is there. The owners are in touch and helpful. And the local caretaker lives very close by and will drop everything and attend to any issue that comes up. This is very important when renting an unfamiliar home. We have already booked for next year. Now, I am reluctant to give a glowing review, as I selfishly don't want this place to be booked up. But the owners are delightful people so I suppose I must be honest. Any downside? Well, it does not have a view and it's not in St. Remy. But then it would cost more if it did. This is a very pretty Mas at a fair price. Try it out. John
