A beautiful apartment in very central location. It was quite clean and absolutely big enough for a couple like us. The staff was friendly and forestalling. We loved the city and hope to be back in this very apartment soon!

Well equipped, clean, pleasant flat, close to most sights. Considered the central location, it was very quiet and reception was friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can only recommend it.

Flat in central London
Flat in central London
Three of us spent two weeks at the fourth floor flat. The location with superb, close to all the action. Sir John Soane's Museum was a few blocks away; not to be missed. We also loved the quiet serenity of Lincoln's Inn Fields which was nearby. Lamb's Conduit Street was around the corner: a wonderful street for shopping and dining. We highly recommend the flat; it fit all our needs.

Convenient flat in great area
Convenient flat in great area
The booking process was smooth. The onsite staff who run the medical clinic were helpful. The flat met our needs (though the dryer is located outside the room so something to be aware of). Wifi was reliable which is always a big plus. The location is excellent for airport or London tourism. Lots of stairs so not recommended if you have mobility issues but good if you are seeking more exercise!

Couldn't have been better. I stayed for four nights on business and wish I could have stayed longer. The flat is immaculate (it seems brand-new), pretty, comfortable, and convenient, and quiet despite being on a busy road. It's on the top floor and the only residential space in the building, so it's private. It's also very large and can easily accommodate two or even three people. Lakshmi, the owner, is lovely. Transportation is excellent. I've rented vacation apartments all over, and this was one of the best. I can't wait to return.

Very comfortable, immaculate flat
Very comfortable, immaculate flat
My husband and I spent 5 nights at this flat. We found it to be very comfortable, immaculately clean, light-filled, quiet (except for some faint outside bus beeping). No neighbors, except for quiet massage therapy and the like during the day and early evening. The flat is up 4 floors with no elevator, so keep that in mind, but we welcomed the added exercise. It has a narrow entrance (an entry door only) which can be hard to spot. It is upstairs from a natural healing center, which is not very apparent from the outside. The reception is one floor up; everyone very helpful and friendly. You may occasionally meet generally happy looking people leaving after their therapy session. The owner, Lakshmi, a very lovely young woman, is concerned about health and has furnished the apartment with that in mind. The mattress is comfortable and made from all natural materials, as is the bedding, etc. The internet is fast and reliable. Make sure you log onto the one for the flat for best service. Washer in the flat works well. No dryer in the flat, but we were told there is one in the building if you wish to use it. I have recommended this apartment to friends and relatives. We love walking in London, but Theobalds Road is also very well-served by double-decker London buses which I also love to ride.

About the owner: I manage the flat and the serene therapy centre beneath it. It is a fantastic place to work for me and I love the building with its Victorian features. I am a Medical Herbalist and Nutritional Advisor in the therapy center but am currently on maternity leave. The lovely receptionists Sanjay and Angela take care of the place and the visitors to the therapy centre and flat.
Why the Owner Chose Westminster:
Brilliant Location - Being in this area makes you feel as if you are in the middle of everything and you are close to most things you would want to see on a visit to London. The building itself is remarkably quiet with no residential neighbors. That flat itself is charming with a cozy feel and people who have stayed here in the past have really appreciated the space and its atmosphere. The building used to be a meditation center which is what initially attracted me to it.
The Unique Benefits at this Apartment:
Discounted massage therapy and other treatments from therapy center below. Cafe next door called Bea's of Bloomsbury famous for its English cream teas that features in Time Out and Vogue.
