JKM Florida villa "Dreams Begin," is situated at the junction of the Highway 27 and Highway 192 on the prestigious High Grove development and is very easy to find for the first-time Florida vacationer. It is an ideal base for all aspects of the area; it takes less than ten minutes to get to Disney and 20 minutes to the International Drive area. You will find a Wal-mart just across the road for the essential groceries (time is precious when on vacation!).
Eating out is no problem as you are spoilt for choice with restaurants all along the Highway 27 and Highway 192.
Our villa is an excellent base for the golfer amongst you; the only problem you will have is which course too choose first!
The home boasts ample space for a family or a group of up to 10. Both the master bedrooms at "Dreams Begin" have king-size beds and 19-inch TVs, clock radios, and full bathroom with hair dryers. Twin rooms both have TVs, clock radios, and share a bathroom. A Pack-n-Play crib is provided free of charge.
For your added enjoyment we have upgraded the TV in the family room to 32-inch and added a PlayStation 2 with games and DVDs; there are plenty of things to help you relax after a long day at the parks, or for a lazy day off.
The pool area has block paved decking with padded chairs and loungers along with the large private pool and jacuzzi. A full laundry room is also available.
All guests have free access to the High Grove clubhouse with it's heated pool and spa,fitness centre, TV room, and more.

All Prices are INCLUSIVE of Local Florida Tax at 12%.
Pool & Spa Heat (optional) is $195/week.

Your photos on the website really do not do your home justice, we found the home so much bigger than it looked on your site! The key ring with the gate and door codes on were a fab idea. Do you have other properties in America like Miami as we would love to return but to a different area.. Thanks again for a lovely villa Sharon and Craig.
