A spectacular gourmet kitchen with stainless steel Thermador appliances, marble countertops, a mosaic tile backsplash, and an island, serves as the center of activity. The kitchen offers a breakfast bar that seats four, and opens onto a beautifully appointed dining room that seats eight.
The living room makes the perfect space for family and friends to gather around the flat screen TV/DVD ensemble.
Perhaps the most remarkable features of this cottage are the outdoor spaces, which include the screened porch, balcony, and grilling station. In addition to these features, this home offers an outdoor shower to wash off the sea salt and sugary sand after a long relaxing day at the Emerald Coast's most beautiful beach.
The full laundry room is on the first floor and can be found behind a unique custom made barn door. Also on the first floor is a powder room.
The master suite on the first floor includes a king bed, seating area, and a large walk in closet. The master bathroom boasts a double vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.
Moving up the stairs you will find a one of a kind staircase with an exceptional pinwheel chandelier. These soft touches give the home a slight modern, spa feel. The second master bedroom is on the second floor and has a king bed and its own private bath. The third master is a mirror image and has a king bed, its own bath and a single vanity.
Offering sleeping for 4, the fourth bedroom, is a bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunk beds (total of 4 twin beds). This room has a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a single vanity. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's.
