Main floor has living room with WB fireplace, separate dining room, powder room and fully equipped kitchen. There is a deck off LR with views overlooking the valley and the Gore Range. From the dining room walk out to a secluded flagstone patio with beautiful award winning gardens. Patio has gas grill, chiminea (wood burning fireplace) and relaxing water feature. The grass lawn continues to the front which is private and safe for children with no road impact. The second floor has a queen bedroom, a twin bedroom and full bathroom. The master bedroom suite has a king bed in a large bedroom with a sitting area and a fireplace. It has it's own private bathroom. There is plenty of room if additional sleeping is needed for a child or a crib. No need to have a car; walking distance to grocery & liquor stores and local restaurants.
