Our spacious 3.950 sq ft home is located on 1.3 acres with 130 ft of lake front with full southern exposure. Floras Lake is situated just over the dune from the ocean, allowing easy access to the beach. A large private boat dock can be used to tie up boats, jet skis, canoes, etc. It is also a great spot for swimming.
Built on two levels, the house is perfect for larger families. The upper level has a large fully-equipped kitchen open to the dining area as well as the living room with high ceilings, a large fireplace and expansive windows overlooking the lake. On the lower level of the home there are three large comfortable bedrooms (one with a king sized bed, one with a queen, and one with two queens). Two full bathrooms are on the lower level with a powder room on the upper level. A pull-out futon sofa for two more guests is in the family room on the lower level. This family room has a second TV, DVD player and fireplace. A ping pong table in the family room provides indoor activity for all.
The upper level has a large sun-porch with loungers, a barbeque and beach chairs. This sun-porch provides a wind-protected dining area that catches the last rays of the sun setting over the Pacific.
Our home was custom-built by our family where we resided during our childhood years. It features beautiful mahogany flooring, antiques and original paintings. We have recently purchased luxurious leather sofas, comfortable new beds, extendable dining tables and beautiful teak furniture. A fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer are provided for our guests.

It is possible to cruise on Floras Lake on a boat, water skis, jet skis and/or canoe or raft down the Floras Creek on a canoe. If that is not enough, head to the beach and all the flat sand and ocean surf you can ever want.
