Beaver Village is perfectly located just a mile and a half from the Winter Park Ski Resort and a half mile from the shopping and restaurant area of downtown Winter Park.
Our quiet, two bedroom, two bath unit is easily accessible on the ground floor. Our condo sleeps six comfortably in its two large bedrooms and queen-size sleeper sofa. The master bedroom includes new queen-size bed, closet, dresser, and a full bath. Our second bedroom includes an additional new queen-size bed, bunkbeds, closet, dresser, new color TV with Cable, and a VCR. Conveniently located between both bedrooms is a full bath. This year we have added free high speed wireless internet service.
The newly remodeled, living area features a gas fireplace, comfortable seating, cable TV with VCR and DVD as well as a full stereo system. From the living area, step through the sliding glass doors onto a private balcony which looks westward to acres of national forest. Our condo also features a newly remodeled, full kitchen with new appliances which include refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, as well as cooking utensils and tableware.
During ski season the Winter Park ski shuttle will pick you up and drop you off directly in front of our unit. It runs every 30 minutes and will take you to the mountain for skiing, downtown to the ice skating rink and/or to the tubing hill.
The Beaver Village clubhouse features a well maintained indoor pool, three hot tubs, sauna, locker rooms, meeting room, and laundry facilities. Check-in is located here where friendly and experienced staff are available to answer questions and provide information on local events and activities.
Other available activities include over 600 miles of singletrack mountain biking trails, river rafting, horseback riding, wildlife viewing, hiking, golf, tennis, rodeos, hot air balloon rides, music, art festivals, and more.
