Beautiful town house style condo, 2 level, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 wrap around decks, wood burning granite and stone fireplace. Spectacular mountain views of the Continental Divide, Baldy Mountain, downtown Breckenridge and Four O'Clock Ski Run. Watch the skiers ski down Four O'Clock ski run from the master bedrooms and living room window.

Condo features two master bedrooms with queen sized beds. Two guest bedrooms each have two twin beds. Sleeper sofa located in living room. Sleeps 10.

Upstairs master bedroom has queen sized bed and private balcony. Upstairs guest bedroom has two twin beds. Upstairs guests have shared bathroom. Enjoy your morning coffee in the cozy loft.

Downstairs master bedroom has queen sized bed, private bathroom and private balcony. Downstairs guest bedroom has two twin beds. Also located on the main level is a guest bathroom, kitchen, living room with private balcony, wood burning fire place, and dining room.

Condo completely remodeled in 2004 including kitchen, 3 bathrooms, carpet and furniture. All bathrooms and kitchen have granite or marble finishes. Kitchen has knotty cherry plank cabinets and new stainless steel appliances.
