SLEEPING BEAR CABIN is located on Lake Hiwassee in the private gated community of Bear Paw. Bear Paw has a beautiful sports center available with an outdoor pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, and full service marina (Mountain View Marina rents pontoon and ski boats).

Lake Hiwassee is an 18 mile long lake part of the TVA that is nestled in the Nantahala National Forest. Canoe also available for our guests. Private Dock (seasonal waterfront).
