Our two bedroom, two bath luxury condo is on the upper of two floors. It is lovingly maintained and overlooks Amelia Lake in the gated community of Falling Waters. Situated off Davis Boulevard, the community is beautifully landscaped with the largest pool in Southwest Florida and 2 tennis courts available for guests to enjoy.
Tastefully furnished and superbly appointed with many upgrades throughout, the condo offers quiet woodland and lake views from the fully screened,tiled lanai with luxury patio furniture and outdoor kitchen and barbecue. Master bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom has sliding doors to the lanai. Second bedroom has twin beds and adjoining bathroom with tub.
For additional guests there is a queen-size sofabed in the living room. Cathedral ceilings add volume and spaciousness to the living area. The dining area has seating for six and there is also a breakfast area adjoining the fully equiped kitchen. For your comfort there is air conditioning and ceiling fans and the front door is screened to allow extra light and air into the condo.

This is not the usual rental condo, this is a Home where you can relax and enjoy your vacation. Everything you need is provided. Even down to beach chairs & sun brolly, which we found invaluable. We absolutely loved it and wholeheartedly recommend it. Falling Waters is a real bonus, it's fabulous pool with plenty of sun loungers is just a short walk away where you have tennis & boca courts. There is plenty going on should you wish to join in. A very friendly and secure place. Naples is so beautiful with wonderful places to eat out and beaches which must rank with the very best. Can't wait to come back..

We -a family of 4 Persons with 2 teenaged girls- enjoyed all of our four stays in the Condo of Sue and Jan. It was very easy to do business with the owners. The condo is very clean, well equipped, well furnished, you`ll find everything you need. It is well located for the beach, numerous restaurants and shops. My family has stayed in this delightful condo on three separate occasions. It is a real delight in rental accommodation. It feels like a real home from home, with everything you could wish for, especially if you decide to cook rather than go out. It is a really stylish condo, beautifully laid out and tastefully decorated. The pool on this development is by far the best we have experienced in 14 years of visiting Florida. The owner has always been more than helpful and friendly and has given us many tips for restaurants and activities.If you can drag yourself away from the pool we would highly recommend Clam Pass Beach, north from Falling Waters on US 41.There is easy access to the wonderful downtown Naples with its smart shopping and dining area. What more could you ask for?

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Falling Waters....as a matter of fact, we are returning for another two month stay. Everything that it said it was and more. Clean, well kept, and the grill on the lani was the best!!. Enjoyed cooking out there. Easy access to 75, the beaches, 5th Ave. and all the fine restaurants in the area. Just a great place. And the owners are very helpful. Just a great, friendly place to be when away from home.

This is, 'The Jewel In The Crown' we have stayed in this condo 5 times and it just gets better. Extremely well furnished and immaculately maintained. Anyone booking this condo will not be disappointed.
