Surfside Beach, Second Row, South Ocean Boulevard is a wonderful, Family, vacation area. Relax and enjoy a slower pace. Our home is in excellent condition. It is available nightly, weekly, or monthly for the Snowbirds October through April.

Across the street from the beach with ocean views from lower and upper balcony. Recently updated with all rooms painted and new bedding. New furniture in the great room area as of February 2006. Large Master bedroom with King bed and Jacuzzi tub in bathroom. Large Queen bedroom. Full size bedroom upstairs. Downstairs bedroom has two twin beds. Washer/Dryer. DVD in Great room. VCR in all bedrooms. End Unit in four townhouse building. Extra windows. 7/10 of a mile from the Surfside Pier with great dining.

  • This beach house is spectacular in every way. It's beautifully decorated, spacious, bright and comfortable. The location is perfect as far as beach access and availability of entertainment. Our experience with the owners was very positive. I highly recommend the Burd House for your family vacation!
