Paradise awaits you in this huge luxurious first floor, 1000 square foot, tropical condo with views of beautiful manicured gardens and Gulf! This beach condo is located in the gated community of Bonita Beach Club which is the last complex on the beach. It is extremely private and quiet.
The Condo is equipped with new appliances and furnishings. There are ceiling fans in every room in additional to central air. The kitchen has a quartz countertop with ceramic top stove, double door refrigerator, dishwasher, and built in microwave. It has been completely remodeled in October 2005. There is new tile thoughout the unit.
The living room has a lazy boy couch with massage. There is a bar, slot machine, 3.4 GHz phone, fax, a new HD 37" TV,DVD, HD-DVR with Digital Cable . The living room has Surround Sound installed in the ceiling.
There is a Windows 7 Computer for your enjoyment with wireless key board and mouse with blue-tooth technology, so you can check your E-mail and stock quotes. We also have WI-FI.
The large bedroom has a king-size soft side water bed and a Sealy queen bed. For your viewing pleasure there is a 32" TV and a VCR/DVD.
There is an 80 ft. kidney shaped oceanside heated pool, 2 tennis courts. shuffle boards, sauna, exercise room, library, and a fishing pier ... You Are Surrounded By Water On Three Sides!
There are miles of white sand beach to explore.... so watch the dolphins swim, the pelicans feed, go shelling, or just enjoy the beautiful blue-green waters with a long walk. The sunsets are incredible and will stay in your memory long after you return home. Boat rentals, deep sea fishing, and golf courses are all nearby.
Take a scenic Gulf drive to the South and in minutes you will be in Bonita Springs where you can enjoy shopping and restaurants. If you feel like an evening of chance, try the Naples-Fort Myers Greyhound Track located on Bonita Beach Road. If you drive along the Gulf to the North, you will go directly into Fort Myers Beach, where you can enjoy nightlife, shops, and restaurants. Bonita Beach is located halfway between Fort Myers and Naples, so each city is easily accessible.

We bought our condo at Bonita Beach Club because it is the perfect location, quiet and beautiful with lots of natural beauty. Our condo complex is the last structure on the North side of Bonita Beach on Little Hickory Island. You feel as if you are in a Tropical Paradise miles away from everyone, but in ten minutes you are in the heart of Bointa Springs with all it has to offer.

We hit the JACKPOT. We arrived to a beautifully appointed condo . Every need is fulfilled. If you need something, it is here. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. As my granddaughter, Fiona said, I love our home away from home. It is wonderful!!!!" Thanks for a fantastic condo.

From the moment we stepped in, we felt completely at home in this beautiful condo. Furthermore, whatever we needed to make our vacation totally carefree was provided by Joanne. The most perfect location - a dead-end street, no traffic noise, no crowds, and the beach just a few feet away - made for a perfect holiday. We can hardly wait for January 2009!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+.

We just got back from another wonderful vacation at the Bonita Beach Club. This was all due to the great area, wonderful beaches, the pool, grounds and staff and especially, Joanne's condo. We have been staying at Joanne's for several years now and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else. Joanne keeps her condo in A+ shape and is always upgrading her condo each year to make it an even better place to return too. We can always count on Joanne to do everything to make our stay even more pleasant than before. If anyone needs more photos or information, please feel free to email us. my wife and I have had the pleasure of staying here several times. The place is gorgeous! The grounds are breathtaking and immaculate,and right on the beach. everything you could possibly need is there so just bring your swimsuit. We loved breakfast on the screened lania listening to the waves. We intend to go back very soon.

This one-bedroom condo is extremely spacious. We stayed for 2 weeks and never felt crowded at all. Also, the closets are HUGE, and there is more drawer space than anyone could ever need. Joanne has attended to every detail that you could imagine. Whatever you might need is there in her condo somewhere. She has plenty of towels, linens, beachtowels, etc. You need it -- she has it. And the views from the lanai and other windows in the condo are absolutely beautiful. The entire condominium is tended to immaculately (even the handily-located laundry room is absolutely meticulous). Being at the end of the island and surrounded by water on three sides is an absolutely wonderful location, and yet you are just minutes from the mainland. We would highly recommend Joanne's unit to anyone. The only reason we will not be able to come back is because we love the area so much and have bought a place in Bonita ourselves!!

This was our 10th visit to Bonita Beach and we decided to spend 3 weeks and get to see more of the area and get ready to retire. We were so pleased -- the condo was perfect,everything you could wantwas at hand thanks to our accomodating landlord and the people at the site were so friendly. Yes we will be back! We may need more space since our children want to visit but we will also book some time for just the two of us after they go home. Thanks for the memories and wonderful time.
