Additional information about rental rates
This unit is equipped with an electronic lock and you will recieve the code once the final payment is secured.
Upon booking the down payment would be 25% of the base rate, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. The down payment must be with a debit or credit card...the final payment can be with a check as long as it is recieved no later than 30 days prior to the check in day.
Additional Fees and Taxes:
Additional to each the base rate there will be a $55.00 booking fee, a $25.00 "Peace of mind" damage insurance, and cleaning fee of $120.00. The local tax is 11%.
