This four-bedroom, single-story villa has the double garage converted into a full games room for your added entertainment. The house is situated in a quiet residential area, but is still only five minutes from Disney's main gate. It has a very secluded pool overlooking a beautiful conservation area which affords a high degree of privacy to the occupants. In the cooler months, pool heating is available at extra cost.
With over 2100 sq.ft. of living space, the accommodation consists of a formal lounge, dining room, well-equipped modern kitchen, breakfast area which leads out to the pool, a spacious and comfortable family room with cable TV,DVD,video and high speed wireless internet access. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer, which also has access to the pool area.
The luxurious master bedroom has a seven-foot-wide bed, cable TV and DVD, and also doors to the pool area. The large, full, en suite bathroom also has a walk-in wardrobe which completes the total feeling of luxury in the master suite. There is a further full-size bedroom with cable TV, and two twin-bedded rooms(one with TV,DVD combi), all of which have built-in wardrobes. The family bathroom has both bath and shower facilities. All towels and bed linen are provided within the home.
The home is close to all popular attractions and it is only an one-hour drive to the coast. There are excellent shopping opportunities and a full range of restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets nearby.

Home from home with extra luxury

This was our third stay in this home and as usual everything was fabulous. Chris and Di the owners are so helpful and have been really kind allowing us to change our dates from last year when we had to cancel, without any loss of deposit. We love this house, the location is great for theme parks and restaurants and an easy drive from the airport. The pool area is so private and the pool is always really clean. I liked the addition of the gas grill on the deck, we used that several times. Everywhere is clean and comfortable and the house is well equipped. There are TV/DVD in the bedrooms which was great for the kids, as was the games room. We will be booking again for next year and hope we can stay a bit longer. I would definitely highly recommend this home.

We loved this house. It was very spacious and clean and had everything we could possible want. The kids loved the games room and the pool. All the furniture was comfortable and there was plenty of seating. 10 of us stayed and we never felt cramped, the pull out sofa bed was comfortable for my husband and I. My Mum and Dad loved the fabulous master bedroom and were comfortable in the bed. Master bathroom was huge with a big walk in wardrobe. I particularly loved the pool area which was so private and not overlooked by any other houses with a lovely view of trees and woodland. The pool heating was lovely, especially for swimming later in the evenings. The pool was cleaned to a very high standard every week. The owners were really helpful as this was our first visit to Orlando and they gave us lots of tips and short cuts and restaurant information. There was a fantastic range of restaurants close by and we had some fabulous meals, particularly Texas de Brazil for a treat. This house is really close to Disney, in fact the owners short cut to Animal Kingdom was only a 5 minute drive. We sometimes came back for a rest and a swim in the afternoons then went back to Disney later in the day. I can't wait to come back to Orlando again and would definitely book this house again, it was brilliant. Thanks to the owners for all their help with our trip, they saved us lots of time and energy with their tips!!

This was our third visit to this property and we had a wonderful holiday escaping the cold weather back in England! During our visits there have been two different owners and we find the present owners and their management company very helpful from the booking process through to sorting any problems. The house itself is always beautifully presented and we love the secluded position of the pool and deck which means you are not overlooked and can enjoy the privacy. Up on the 192 (only a 5 minute drive away) there is a wonderful selection of Restaurants catering for all tastes and budgets and a couple of good Supermarkets. Importantly you are also close to all the Disney Parks and Universal is only a short drive up the I4. The more recent addition of a games room since our last visit plus high speed internet access makes this a home away from home. Our next trip to Florida will see us return to this very comfortable and highly recommended villa.

The property is perfect but the quality of the matress in the master bedroom is awfull. The owner doesn't want to do anything. The matress is as old as the community ... Back problem: avoid it...... It's sad because the rest of the House is really nice.
Owner response:We are so disappointed that this guest is not completely happy with our home. We try so hard as owners to make sure our guests will be happy in our home and would do as much as possible to ensure that will always be the case. We do feel the comments are unfair as the mattress is not old or in bad order and we purchased a luxury 4 inch memory foam topper only last year for a repeat guest who had back problems as we wanted them to be comfortable when they stayed in our home again (their fourth repeat booking). We have had lots of positive comments to us about the comfort of our home and we do pride ourselves on going the extra mile to ensure everything will be perfect for our guests, but we did feel it was unfair to expect us to buy a new mattress just to suit the specific needs of one guest. The mattress is genuinely in good order and I do hope that now we have the facility to accept customer reviews, that some of our many happy guests will give us their comments on this or any other aspect of our home. We continually update and upgrade our home to ensure it will be the best it can be for all our guests and we will continue to do so for all our future guests.
