When you want to enjoy the East Side of Hawaii's Big Island, the Aloha Studio or the Bamboo Studio are the perfect spot to nestle in for the night and watch the sunset behind Mauna Kea, one of the largest mountains from the ocean floor on the planet. after a day of hiking or seeing Madam Pele's dance at the only erupting volcano in North America located at the Volcano National Park, just 45 minutes away.

Perhaps taking a day to drive down the famous Red Road on the Kapoho coastline that takes you to the warm ponds for a relaxing swim. Wonderful spot to watch the whales play during the winter months. Shopping at the local craft shops in Old Town Hilo were the islands famous Farmers Market is held every Saturday and Wednesday of every week. Close by is Pahoa Town were you can find fabulous restaurants with the small town feel and incredible dining experiences.

Our home is peaceful and the studios have a private entrance. Located on three acres with half landscaped and many local tropical trees and flowers to please the eye. A fish pond to enjoy for a quiet walk around the grounds. You can enjoy our sweet dog, Pua, who loves people and she has her own private play yard away from the studios. But, if you like, she would love to say hi and visit.

Queen-size bed and futon couch( that makes into a double bed) in the Aloha Studio and a queen size cozy bed in the Bamboo Room. Very comfortable. The Aloha Studio has a toaster oven and they both have a coffeemaker, and blender. Dishes, towels, and extra bedding, when needed. There is a big BBQ with a burner on it's side for pan cooking. We want to share the Aloha Spirit with all of our guests and friends!
