An immaculate, professionally decorated home built in 2005 that features 1900 square feet of living space, porcelain tiled floors, top quality furniture, upscaled appliances and a beautiful landscaped yard with a walled, front courtyard, table and chairs. Also a large, covered back patio with large, glass top table and six cushioned chairs. Dining area has custom round glass top table with six chairs. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen with island is open to a large living room area with gas fireplace, big screen TV, sofa, love seat, pub table & chairs. Each bedroom has bay windows. Den includes computer table and sleeper sofa. All living necessities are provided. Private back yard backs up to large common area with desert view (no homes behind !). Has great mountain view too! Extended garage includes two bicycles.
Renters can participate in all the activities listed below as long as one resident is 55 years or older.
This home is located near both activity centers within Sun City Grand. The centers feature four-18 hole golf courses, fully equipped exercise rooms, spa, indoor and outdoor pools, bike trails and activity centers, including wood working, ceramics, and aerobics. There are many restaurants, markets and theatres nearby. Pre-scheduled group tours, concerts and casino trips are also available to our rental guests.
This first class home is in a resort style vacation paradise in the northwest metro-Phoenix, Arizona area. In addition to the nearby activities listed below you are only several hours drive from major attractions including Sedona, the Grand Canyon, Las Vegas and bargain shopping in Mexico!

This is the second consecutive year that we have rented this property and it continues to be one of our most favorate. Sun City Grand is true to its name...a grand place to spend the Winter months! There are two large activity centers, one of which is within one mile from this property. There are four first class golf courses in Sun City Grand and many others just off the Sun City Grand grounds. The owner of this property is very easy to work with and provided the ammenities needed to make our stay memorable. First and foremost, the house was newly cleaned when we arrived and sparkled, including windows and garage. The house and property is very well maintained and is spacious and especially nice to entertain family or friends. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glasses, tableware, and cookware. Towels for bathrooms are plentiful. There are two beds plus a convertible couch, all comfortable for your family or guests and linens are provided. The owner even provided Christmas decorations for our use over the holidays! We have rented many houses during our travels and this property is one of the very best we have had the priviledge to rent. You will love it!

We have had an excellent experience with the rental of this property. The house and grounds are exactly as advertised with a huge back yard...lots of afternoon sun on the patio! The house is well maintained and was very clean upon arrival. There were plenty of bedding and towels, all in excellent condition. The beds are very comfortable! The house is perfect for entertaining and is in a friendly neighborhood. The kitchen is also well equipped with dishes, glasses, cookware, etc. All appliances plus washer & dryer worked very well. There is a large HD television in the living area with comfortable furniture. Everything in the home works, including cable and internet service. There is also an electrical outlet for a golf cart. The property is very close (less than a mile) to the Cimarron Activity Center and we usually walked instead of driving. The property is also close to the back entrance to Sun City Grand and to Bell Avenue where you can quickly get to grocery stores, a hardware store and several gas stations. You will also find the owner to be exceptionally helpful and trustworthy...the property manager even checked the day after our arrival to see if we had everything we needed! We have rented winter properties in many places and we would recommend this property without reservation...we think you will love it!

Just a quick note to tell you how much we enjoyed the use of your home in Sun City Grand during the month of October, 2010. We were able to settle in quickly & really enjoyed being able to breakfast on the patio. The neighbors were right there to introduce themselves & make us feel at home and part of the community. The evenings, with the desert quail, rabbits & coyotes, gave us hours of peaceful and quiet time. The sunsets were something to see. We will be looking to settle in Sun City Grand in the future.
