Beautiful Private Studio for rent. The studio is one gorgeous single room with a queen size bed, 40' flat screen, dresser, table for two, kitchenette and bathroom. The bed will have clean sheets upon arrival, the bathroom will have clean towels and be equipped with soap, shampoo, and conditioner as well as a hair dryer. The kitchenette has a mini-fridge, toaster oven, and coffee pot. The room has beautiful exposed brick and three tall windows facing either the South or North so no early morning east sun! Once you arrive you will be escorted up to your private studio! The studios are located in the Meatpacking District of Manhattan, minutes walk to great restaurants, bars, shops and hotels. The area is very safe and is always full of taxis. It is less than five minute walk to the subway trains L, A, C & E trains located at 14th Street and 8th Avenue. The trains will take you all over Manhattan, Harlem, Brooklyn and Queens in a short time. The neighborhood is a great place to visit and is right under Chelsea and right above The West Village. The place is a steal and your room will be refreshed by a maid every three days! The room is perfect for two but can easily be comfortable with three close friends or family. We will provide a cot upon request for the third guest.

Meatpacking Studios are located at 10 Little West 12th Street between 9th Avenue and Washington in the Meatpacking District of Manhattan, New York. Once you arrive to the city you will need to come to 10 Little West 12th St. to check in. The manager from the Restaurant below, REVEL Restaurant and Bar will be the one who will have the keys and check-in form. They will also process the final payment. You receive a 10% discount in the restaurant and bar! THE NUMBER TO THE RESTAURANT IS 212-645-5369. ALL GUESTS MUCH BE CHECKED OUT BY 12PM ON THEIR DAY OF DEPARTURE. WE LIKE TO EXTEND CHECK IN TIMES TO ACCOMMODATE ALL GUESTS AND MOST OF THE TIME GUESTS ARE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN BY 2 PM ON THEIR DAY OF ARRIVAL. HOWEVER IF WE DO HAVE A STUDIO GUEST DEPARTING ON THE SAME DAY AS ARRIVAL WE MAY INFORM YOU THAT YOU CANNOT CHECK IN UNTIL 3:30 PM IN ORDER TO GIVE US TIME TO CLEAN THE ROOM.
