Absolutely spectacular water views from every window of this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom end unit in Bethany Bay. Grab a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise on the back screened in porch and then at the end of the day, pour yourself a drink and watch the sunset from the front deck.
Bethany Bay Resort is a golf and tennis community with a large pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, basketball court, volleyball court, fitness center, playground and boat ramp. Enjoy a stroll along the many nature trails throughout this 420 acre haven, paddle your kayak through White’s Creek or out to the Indian River Bay, enjoy a family outing of golf on the 9 hole executive golf course or spend the day soaking up the sun at the beach in Bethany. When you need a break from your fun in the sun, Rehoboth Beach outlet shopping is only 10 miles away. Ocean city is only 7 miles away.
If you love to cook, this home is well equipped – everything from blender, juicer, mixer, food processor, electric griddle, waffle maker and even an ice cream maker. You can dine in the eat-in kitchen, on the front deck or on the back porch. There is a large Forman electric grill on the front porch. If you want a break from cooking, there are many excellent restaurants close by.
The large master bedroom has a king size bed and its own bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 full size beds and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy the many DVDs, books and games provided. Also includes cooler, beach umbrella and 4 beach chairs. There is a small extra per person fee for use of resort activities, except boating, which is included. Pets considered, requiring extra pet fee.

Our stay was wonderful and very relaxing. The only thing I couldn't find was a place where I could rent a scooter (for a handicapped person) or even an electric wheel chair. I called every place I could think of. At the Outlets, 2 of them had wheelchairs for the shoppers but one did not... and it was a big place that I wanted to see more of but just couldn't walk that far.Recommended for: Pet owners, age 55+.

I REALLY ENJOYED MY STAY-I HAD A LOVELY BIRTHDAY WEEK-END WITH MY SISTER. EVERYTHING WAS VERY NICE & EASILY ACCESSIBLE-THE SUNSETS OFF THE BALCONY WERE GORGEOUS :) I WILL DEFINATELY PLAN ON USING THIS VACATION RESORT AGAIN THANKS AGAIN !Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

We had a great visit over April break. The condo is very comfortable and very nicely appointed. The condo complex has a nice set of amenities, including considerable nature trails which were great for exploring and dog walking. Not too far from the beach towns and state parks. If the weather were a little warmer I would have gone kayaking - looks like a great spot for that. A great value, especially if you are bringing poochy with you.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, age 55+, adventure seekers.

A spontaneous week-end get away to a totally new area for my husband and I; we were amazed to find a tastefully decorated condo - very comfortable and clean - and what a beautiful view! My girlfriend and I went for a Valentine's Day weekend getaway from the city. We had an amazing time - the condo was gorgeous and the restaurants, antiquing, and kitschy shops are a stone's throw away. Pam and Ray were also incredibly accommodating on a short-notice booking. I stayed for a week's vacation in Sep. It was so nice and clean with a beautiful view. Enjoyed the pool and walking path. Great view from both balconys. A nice relaxing vacation place. Close to beach and grocery stores. I would deffinently reccomend this place to my friends.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

Perfect place to have exactly the type of vacation you would like. Relax on covered front porch with glass of wine and watch spectacular sunsets. Sit on back screened porch and watch the amazing sunrises. Enjoyed relaxing at the pool. Had fun kayaking around the Bethany bay. Plenty of unique shops to explore when you feel like exploring. Loved Bethany boardwalk and the beautiful beach. Bethany beach is definitely a more family friendly beach. This condo was wonderfully decorated and felt like a home away from home. Will definitely be back here to recharge my batteries!!! The owner was very knowledgeable and had plenty of suggestions for places to dine and sights to see.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway.
