Why the Owner Chose Harbor Island
Debbie and I fell in love with the area years ago. We boated and visited Beaufort as often as we could. The city is one of the, if not the most, charming beautiful southern towns we have ever seen. The Intracoastal Water Way is like it was in Florida 60 years ago, and so is the area around Harbor Island. The wildlife is abundant. It's like going back in history with updated conveniences. We absolutely love it and so do our renters.

Debbie and I live in Weaverville,NC and own Allegra Print & Imaging center in Asheville. We moved here from Florida in 1986 and love it. We also have a camper on one of the most beautiful and 3rd. cleanest lakes in America, outside of Elizabethton, TN, Lake Watuga.
So we have the lake and boat, the mountains and the beautiful condo in Harbor Island and not enough time!
