This cottage is located on one of sea island’s spectacular marsh front lots with over 150’ of frontage. A pool and tabby terrace makes for great outdoor entertaining while dense property-line landscaping provides privacy for the pool. Beautifully appointed, the home has high ceilings with antique heart pine and St. Joe brick floors. Newly redecorated, the interior is open, flowing and light. A spacious kitchen overlooks the pool and is furnished with a large Sub-Zero refrigerator. The kitchen’s large island is a wonderful place to gather for breakfast or for a snack while the large Dining room with sliding glass doors to the pool and terrace seats 10. The spacious foyer, hallways, living room and pecky cypress paneled study provide for a comfortable feel. The Living room features a large curved bow window copied from a nearby historic plantation. The first floor master suite is spacious and features a marsh view, his and hers baths and separate walk-in closets. Two large twin bedrooms upstairs with en-suite baths offer a wonderful view off the private deck to nearby St. Simons. This all makes this cottage a perfect place for families.
