Location: Twain Harte, Gold Country & High Sierra, California, USA (12 miles east of Sonora, 2 hrs. from Sacramento airport)

Accommodations:  Cabin, 2 Bedrooms + Bunk Area, 2 Baths (Sleeps 2-8)

Ready to enjoy a cabin with lake privileges and walking distance to downtown Twain Harte? Look no further, this is it!! Our sweet cabin is a five-minute walk to downtown Twain Harte with shopping, restaurants, and a multitude of happening events. Imagine, you can walk to the golf course,tennis courts, skateboard park, kids park, miniature golf, in just minutes. The calendar of events in the park is unending!!

Twain Harte Lake, a peaceful, private lake just perfect for swimming, diving, and hanging out on the beach and just a little over a mile from your front door, plus you will be able to enjoy full lake membership privileges, including free swimming lessons in July; check the link for dates. (Fishing at this lake is only for kids 14 and under.) We are 12 miles east of Sonora and only 20 miles from Pinecrest Lake and Dodge Ridge Skiing. The Sacramento Airport is 2 hours away.

Soaring ceilings, knotty pine, cedar, open beams, wood stove (wood provided), cabin décor throughout, this is a truly charming cabin. A step back in the past while you enjoy all the modern conveniences: dishwasher, disposal, fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, central heat, swamp cooler, phone and cable TV/VCR/DVD. All this and two full bathrooms, plus a little bunk room that the kids just love.

The first bedroom has a king-size and double-size bed. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and private bath. It also has a small, adjoining room with two twin beds, just perfect for the kids. One couch in the living room is a futon.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations made prior to 30 days before the reservation date are fully refundable less a $25 cancellation fee.
Guests canceling fewer than 30 days in advanced may be responsible for the basic cabin rental fee (no extra person fees, no cleaning fees) if the cabin cannot be rented. If the cabin does rent, there is a $25 cancellation fee only, and it can be used as credit towards your next stay if within one year of cancellation.

OFF-SEASON RATES: (Sept. 17-Dec. 15) ..$125/night $750/week.
SUMMER: MINIMUM THREE NIGHTS
$10 per person over 6 people;  MAXIMUM PEOPLE:  8.
$200 Security Deposit; fully-refundable if you leave the cabin as you found it.
Holiday Rates ...................... (3 night minimum) .. $175/night.
