The non-smoking home is just under 2500 square feet. It features three bedrooms (a queen in the master, two singles in the second bedroom, sleeper sofa in the Florida room and a third bedroom can be used as an office, study, or guest bedroom) and two full baths. A one-car garage is attached. The home is located on a double lot with a fenced backyard with several grapefruit and orange trees at your finger tips. Pets are welcome.
This home is three blocks south of the Bellaire Shopping Plaza with a grocery store, numerous restaurants, and other shopping. Several beachside golf courses are within driving distance and Daytona International Airport & Daytona International Speedway is a four mile drive.
