RESERVATIONS: We are pleased to offer our Guests personalized assistance in making a Reservation for Regency 207. Operational Office Hours are maintained based on seasonal demands (Please See Above). Guests are invited to contact us either through Email.
CREDIT CARDS: We only accept VISA or Mastercard. A Credit Card is required to make a Reservation for this property.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: Guest's VISA or Mastercard information is retained on file throughout Guest's reserved rental of the property. Guest's credit card serves in lieu of a collected Security/Damage Deposit. Charges for damages or Guest's failure to perform as outlined in the Reservation Rental Agreement will have applicable charges applied to Guest's Credit Card.
FULL PAYMENT: Full payment of Guest's Reservation is payable at the time of Guest arrival. Remaining Balances must be paid with certified funds. Payments made with an accepted credit card (VISA or Mastercard) remain subject to additional charges associated with payment processing. Payments made with Cashier's Checks, Money Order or US Currency will not incur additional charges.
OCCUPANCY: Occupancy of Regency 207 is restricted to a maximum of 7 persons. Ideal occupancy allows for 2 persons in each Master Bedroom equipped with King bedding. An additional 3 persons are permitted in the 3rd Guest Bedroom equipped with 1 Queen Bed and 1 Twin Bed. Occupancy may never exceed 7 persons.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation of a Reservation by a Guest is classified as either: Excused or Unexcused. Excused Guest Cancellations are permitted for damage to or destruction of the premises that render it unfit or unsafe for rental or because of a mandatory evacuation order by the Island Authority. Guest cancellations for any other reason than those stated are considered Unexcused and shall remain subject to the forfeiture of the Committal Deposit and other charges outlined in the Rental Reservation Agreement.
ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES: Guest Arrivals are permitted after 3PM Central Standard Time. Guest Departures are required prior to 10AM Central Standard Time. Any exceptions to Arrival or Departure Times require pre-authorized written approval by NVR.
