It is ideally located only 15 minutes from the Disney theme parks, 3 minutes from Champions Gate - a championship golf course designed by Greg Norman, and close by to many other superb Golf courses and restaurants. The I-4 gives easy access to other popular Florida attractions including Sea World, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Discovery Cove as well as the many shopping malls and other retail therapy outlets.

Our Professional decorated executive home, located in Grand Reserve, a private gated and safe community of 110 expensive properties, surrounded by Lake Thomas, a nature reserve and mature trees.

This spacious 3855 square foot living space exquisite home enjoys never-ending views from the lanal which offer a 30 foot x 15 foot heated pool (extended covered lanai and extra large pool deck; South facing to soak up plenty of sun; completed with patio furniture, and sun loungers) that look over the wetland and lake, to conservation area beyond.

Our home offers Two large Master bedrooms (one on the first floor, and the second one on the second floor). Both Master bedrooms comes fully furnish with a King size bed, 35" Inch TV/DVD/VCR in the Master bedroom on the 1st floor, along with a private bathroom; 27"Inch TV/DVD/VCR in the second Master bedroom; Third bedroom have a queen size bed, 20 Inch TV/VCR/DVD fully furnishes. The Fourth bedroom offer two full size beds 20 Inch TV/VCR,DVD. All the bedrooms comes with two sets of linens, ceiling fan, telephone and clock radio. Plus all the bathrooms comes with a hair dryer.

This elegantly furnished home have a Formal Living room and Dining room (with formal Dinnerware) where you can entertain your guests.

The media room feature Home theater package with a 60 Inch big screen TV (along with 38 DVD movies and 21 VCR movies), VCR/DVD player, theater seating and theater surrounding sounds. You will really enjoy this room on rainy days or days you choose not to visit the Theme Parks.

Huge game room which have a 8 foot professional pool table, game table, 20 Inch TV/VCR combo and a two seated loveseat that reclines.

The family room have a 32 Inch TV/VCR/DVD with surrounding sounds, sectional leather sofa that have a queen size pullout bed.

Large fully furnishes kitchen with a nook that has four chairs and a 42 Inch wide table, four barstools, and a baker rack. Lots of Amenities i.e. George Foreman Grill and Cooker, Smoothie, etc...

Beautifully designed 32-jet hot tub spa entertains up to six adults and features Ozonator. Power-X pump system that puts effective force behind the jets for massage-level relaxation. It also offer power massage and super-micro magna therapy

This home also offers a home office package which includes a computer, high internet access, printer, fax machine.

A pool side child screen. Plus a pool bath. A local Management company who will resolve any problems.

  • We really enjoyed the rental of your Orlando home during our 2008 vacation. The location was great and we were able to easily maneuver around the metropolitan area from that base point. You have a beautiful home: the layout was designed with a natural flow and the rooms were very spacious and well decorated; the kitchen was well-stocked and large enough to accommodate multiple cooks simultaneously; 3-1/2 baths were a plus for such a large group; I certainly enjoyed the walk-in closet in the master bedroom; we appreciated the use of the media center although we couldn't get the printer to work. My girlfriend and I are into movies so our favorite area was the theatre room. The guys favored the game room. We all enjoyed relaxing in the pool area. Of all the homes we've rented through the years, yours was the first that provided a washroom and TV in the pool area and this was a wonderful feature. Also, we'd like to mention how prompt and helpful Neil was during our stay. He was very nice and friendly. It was also a pleasure talking to Sue.   • Thanks so much for sharing your home with us. We love it! It has "all" the comforts of home and then some. The game room is off the chain! The kitchen has everything one would need to prepare a good meal (if you choose!). We also enjoy the spacious bedrooms with cable TV in every one.   • Marsha and John, WOW!This was our second trip to Orlando with our 2 daughters. This trip was so much better becuase we could stay at your home. We did Disney 4 days, Kennedy Space Center 1 day (only 60 minutes), Daytona Beach 1 day (only 60 minutes). Being able to come home each night and relax by the pool, watch TV and cook made this the best vacation we have had. The house is wonderful. We found it clean, close to everything we wanted to do and the pool and hot tub were great. We will certainly stay again. Thanks. Martin

  • Dear Marsha, We would like to thank you for the use of your beautiful home. Equipped with every amenity imaginable, your house is, without a doubt, the best we have ever rented. We have been renting religiously for over eight years now, and never have we seen a house complete with high quality sound systems, televisions in every room, tasteful decorating, a games room, home theater, and luxurious hot tub. The set up of the house is phenomenal and the floor plan, superb. From the minute we arrived until the minute we departed, there was never a dull moment. Our children are now grown up, so when they weren’t off doing their own thing, they spent most of their time in the game’s room and theater; not to mention the pool and hot tub at night. We couldn’t have asked for better weather. Blue skies and 73 degrees were definitely a treat. And reality sure hit when we came home to a snowstorm that dumped over a foot of snow on our doorstep. We really enjoyed ourselves, and the week flew by. But, what really made this vacation so memorable, was not only your gorgeous home, but your thoughtfulness as well. We have dealt with some owners who treated renting their home as a sheer business and nothing more. But you made us feel welcome in your home with your meaningful touches. The Christmas tree was wonderful and really enhanced the Christmas spirit. When you’re used to cold weather and snow on the ground, it took some work to get us all into the mindset. Your Christmas basket was also thoughtful and very much appreciated. Even the stocking of both refrigerators with beverages was a considerate touch. Thank you for decorating your house for Christmas, and going that extra mile to make our vacation that much better. In closing, we are thoroughly pleased with your house and with doing business with you and your management company, which is also first rate.   • Our family was absolutely impressed with the Davenport Florida house. We loved the furnishings, the kitchen, couldn't believe the size, and it was so comfortable, it felt like home. My children were completely impressed with the media room complete with movies for all ages. The pool area was perfect after a long day at Disney. The commute to the parks was a non-issue, as this is so conveniently located. Thank you so much. We thouroughly enjoyed our stay in July. I am ready to rebook. It was spectacular.
