From the moment you arrive, as our guest, you will be greeted with a welcome toast of Champagne and directed to the members lounge, where as our guests, all of your check-in procedures will be handled quickly, so you may immediately begin your memorable vacation.
El Dorado Royale is famous for it's (8) a la carte, 4-diamond-rated gourmet restaurants (including a culinary dinner theater), complemented by 16 bars (9 of which are swim-up bars), serving premium alcoholic beverages as well as non-alcoholic favorites. A gourmet menu is also provided for 24 hour room service at no extra charge.
A full-service spa, fitness center, and assorted classes (such as yoga and spinning) provide a healthy alternative. Stop by the health bar for smoothies and fresh fruit juices after your workout.
The resort boasts over 1 mile of sugary white sand beach and reef, with no adjacent resorts. (NOTE: that means no pestering beach vendors and no need to wear plastic wristbands). Kayaking and snorkeling are popular, with jet skis available for an additional charge. There are 13 swimming pools, 2 tennis courts, bicycles, archery, etc. for your enjoyment as well. Live nightly entertainment is provided at the resort theater.
For shopping and experiencing off-site activities, the resort provides free shuttle service to Cancun and Playa del Carmen on various days of the week. As our guest, you may consult your personal concierge for planning all of your off-site activities.
Your suite will be in one of the more than 60 buildings and casitas, widely spaced throughout the resort, never towering more than 3 floors up (NOTE: there is no need to wait for an empty elevator!) Shuttle carts circulate the resort continuously at 20 minute intervals to transport you to the various venues and restaurants throughout the resort(or simply hail a passing shuttle for a lift).
Within your suite, you will be treated to the following amenities: in-suite Jacuzzi for two, king sized bed with Egyptian cotton bedding, daily stocked mini bar and coffee station, fresh linens daily (including bathrobes), in-room safe (no charge), cable on large, flat screen TV, large walk-in marble shower, etc., etc., etc.
El Dorado Royale provides special treatment for couples on their honeymoon or anniversary, and averages 3 weddings per day with their destination wedding service. Weddings occur on the beach or within their on-site chapel(able to accommodate 40+ people).

Cancellation policy:
Cancellation Policy: If the traveler decides to cancel the reservation, the $300 booking deposit provided to the resort will be available for any future booking within one calendar year of the original check-in date. The room fee paid to the owner for the original reservation, will be applied to future bookings (adjusted for seasonal price differences and/or resort fee changes) for one calendar year as well. After one year, all fees paid will be forfeited.

About the owner: My wife and I have been traveling to Mexico and other destinations in the Caribbean since 2001. As a school teacher, I have had the opportunity to travel at different times of the year, and am always looking for good value at wonderful resort properties. The incomparable resort accommodations, restaurants, and friendly service convinced us on our very first visit! With the membership that we purchased, we are able to enjoy the very finest at a cost of a moderately priced all-inclusive property, and are willing to share that savings with other travelers. We have visited frequently and have sent many very satisfied couples to enjoy the finest service and cuisine available along the Mayan Riviera.

The layout of El Dorado Royale is spread out along one mile of Caribbean coast, containing 60+, 2 to 3 story buildings, providing plenty of open space to relax in an uncrowded setting. Located less than 30 minutes from the airport, and less than 15 minutes to Playa del Carmen, the resort is well situated for easy access.
