  This was the first time I rented a vacation home on line and I was a little worried that this might be at worst, a scam or if I would be getting a little grass hut when I got over there. Rest assured, I am a real person, who rented this home for 7 days, and it was everything that was advertised. I had no problem with the whole experience, it was delightful and enjoyable. This was the best of the 6 vacations in Maui I have ever had. Robin, the owner, was helpful with all the details and very professional. Things went so well that I didn’t need to contact her Maui manager contact for anything. Thanks Robin. This property offers way more privacy than Hotels or Resorts. The 6-plex Townhouse we stayed at is the 1st of the 6 units you come to, just 20 steps to your cars parking under a car port. The Townhouse is at the end of the road, which means more privacy. All the photos & amenities on their web site are accurate; they even had boogie boards that were not mention. The AC is real quiet (remote outdoor type), you hardly know it is on. I am a Contractor and I would class this unit as a high end up scale unit. (The AC, lighting and controls, all counter tops, floors, cabinets and decor are high end) There was plenty of room for us (4 adults and 2 kids). There was plenty of water activity to view and enjoy from the lanai such as Surfers from morning to night, cruise ships, the Atlantis sub and night dinner cruises ships with their decks all lit up reflecting on the water at night. The beach is sandy with mixed small black lava rocks, no problem swimming and playing in the water even for the kids. The kids loved the pools too. The walk to down town Lahaina was too long for us. (our bad back) It was 1.4 miles from the unit to the Banyan tree. The only negative comment is the bedroom on the land side was noisy due to the Honoapillani Hwy on the other side of the trees and fence. If you are not use to vehicle noise keep your window closed or the noise could bother you. (It didn’t bother me because I had the bedroom on the water side. :) I would rent this home again and I have already told family and friends of this wonderful vacation spot.

  Our friends, my wife and I had a great time staying at your condo. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. The property is beautiful and well maintained and we particularly enjoyed watching the whales cavort from the comfort of your lanai. Dining and shopping choices abound just minutes away, although we made good use of your fully equipped kitchen on several occasions. We will recommend your condo to all our friends. Mahalo.

  We arrived on 1/26 for ten wonderful Maui nights. The location of Puamana is really great, and the house was super as well. The rooms were nice and the beds were comfy. The best thing about the house was waking up in the master bedroom to the view of the whales every morning. I miss that sooo much! It is a bit noisy on the street side, however. I had 5 girls ranged 2 to 13 with me and they loved it so much. We sat in our backyard and watched the whales throughout the day and into the night and never felt unsafe. The neighbors are great and so were the pools. This really is a great family house. My only wish was that the beach directly behind the house was 'child friendly' and not so rocky...but it was a short walk to the beach access. We even tried paddle boarding, which was AWESOME. Thanks so much!!

  This is the most perfect condo to stay in. The home is spacious, clean, has everything you need, and above all an ideal location. I stayed in this home for 6 nights with 7 other family members that ranged from 2ys old to 60yrs old. This home met all of our needs. The lani is amazing, every morning we watched the sunrise with a cup of coffee while the kids played....every evening we watched the sunset over bbq and games. The beach is the perfect distance from the home. I think its about 12 steps, but there is a little "backyard" before you hit the sand which made me feel much safer having a 2yr and 5yr old. I was nervous before seeing the place about the kids running out the back door into the ocean, but the small greenbelt was a safe haven for the kids to play. The complex is beautiful to walk around and downtown Lahaina is super close. We rented a car not knowing how close the city was, but it is definitely close enough to bike ride or even take a stroll. We are all already talking about booking our next stay in this home. The owners were very easy to deal with and gaining access to the home was super convenient!! Thank you to Robin for an amazing first stay in Maui!!!

  I stayed in this condo from 1/12/2013 to 1/17/2013 with 3 other guests. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. The location was great. Nice lanai 25ft from the ocean and within walking distance of Lahaina where there are lots of shops, restaurants and entertainment. Nice stay for the price! A hotel would have cost more and would not have been nearly as comfortable.

  We stayed here Christmas week 2012. This is an end unit so open on three sides and very near the provided carport parking space. The unit has been recently upgraded and was in very good condition. The first floor has a large open kitchen that flows into family room/front room area with a table and large couch and chairs. There is also a nice half bathroom off the kitchen area as well as a stackable washer/dryer unit. The second floor has a nice master bedroom with its own bathroom and then a large second bedroom that has access to 2nd bathroom just outside the door. The third floor is a loft that had two smaller single beds. The family room couch folds out into a convertible bed which we did not use. The best part is then the outdoor patio with a table for at least 6 where one can spend most the time and eat all meals. From the patio one looks out over 20 feet of green grass, nicely spaced palm trees about a 5 foot drop to the ocean and there was constant breaking surf (mostly small) that provided a great sound. Through the palm trees the island Lanai was is constant view. The unit provided three boogie boards and two sets of good snorkeling equipment. The boogie broads were put to constant use and the best surfing place was a walk of about 200 yards toward the clubhouse area where there was easy access to the beach and one could stop there walk another 100 yards stopping anywhere (we found that in front of the unit the water was very shallow). Where the waves broke the best (small but good ride on the boogie boards) the water was the waist to chest high but the bottom was rocks and coral. We found that buying coral or water shoes (Walgreens for $11 to $12 or the surf shops for $15) was a very good investment and allowed one push others if needed. When returning from the water the unit had a hot water shower and hose hook up the clean up with before going back in the unit or just sitting again on the patio. All in all, the entire unit and our week stay were better than we imagined and I highly recommend a stay there.

  For our first trip to Hawaii we couldn't of asked for a better location. The view is outstanding and we were right on the water. The house is very kid friendly and has all you would need to enjoy the water activities. Sitting outside having morning coffee, meals and an evening glass of wine was incredible. We will recommend this location to family and friends.

  Location, Location, Location! The view is outstanding! Whether it's having coffee or dinner on the Lanai the ocean view is incredible. Very peaceful property. The grounds are very well maintained and office staff friendly and helpful. The walk to town is about 20 min. The townhouse is spacious with a very open feel. We had 3 couples and never felt on top of each other. The upper "bedroom" maybe for kids, not adults. The master is very nice. 3 baths made it easy. All in all we'd go back.

  We had a wonderful stay in Maui and renting this property made us feel very comfortable and the view out of the sliding glass doors was georgous. The house had everything we needed including boogie boards, beach towles, sand toys for the small kids, and much more. The description and photos of this property were very accurate. The house was clean and ready for us when we arrived in Lahaina. All of the information the owner had given us was accurate and the directions and suggestions made through the owner's emails were very helpful. We were able to step off of the back patio and walk directly onto the beach, it was wonderful. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and serve our meals, all we had to do was bring our groceries. We were within walking distance of the town of Lahaina and we were able to rent equipment we needed in the town. We enjoyed walking through the shops there and also the restaurants were very close. We drove to other beaches near by every day but the drive was less than 20-30 minutes. We would highly recommend renting this property for an enjoyable stay in Lahaina!
