Streetcar stops directly in front of building so it's an easy ride into downtown, riverfront area and the French Quarter. Magazine Street is a few blocks and filled with antique shops, restaurants, coffee shops and bars. The National World War II (D-Day) Museum is a must see and is less than 2 miles away. Audubon Park Zoo is 3 miles away and riding the streetcar up St. Charles Ave to see the beautiful homes is a wonderful way to spend some time.

About the owner: My husband and I moved from Atlanta to Gulf Shores, AL in 2012. He is from Pittsburgh and I moved from New Orleans to Atlanta. We like to spend time in New Orleans and since moving to the Gulf Coast it's far more feasible. We love sharing our condo with new and old friends and family. We only ask that you respect our condo and neighbors.
Why the Owner Chose Garden District: This is our second condo purchase in New Orleans; the first was in 2001 but flooded during Katrina. We remodeled and sold it a few years ago. Since that time we have missed having our own place here and in many ways regretted the decision to sell.
We purchased this condo because it's beautiful, it's on St. Charles Ave and has everything we could possibly need. The character of the building and the unique flavor of the neighborhood make this a perfect choice for us.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo: There are many unique benefits to our condo; the location is perfect, the 100 year old building make it special, the swimming pool is refreshing on those hot summer days. Fresh Market being across the street is so convenient and the food selections are awesome. Wine bars and restaurants within walking distance and the convenience of the streetcar as well as the close proximity to Magazine Street make this a perfect place for us and we hope the same will be true for our guests.
