The Luxurious Palm Desert Vacation Rental needs no introduction. This exclusive location was formally owned by the legendary Bing Crosby and was frequently visited by legendary Golden Age stars such as Marilyn Monroe and JFK. Staying true to its Hollywood history, every effort was made to recreate the ambiance that drew the Stars of the 1930’s to the desert: tranquility, relaxation and most importantly, privacy.
Located on 2.5 secluded acres in the outskirts of Ironwood Country Club, this 7 bedroom Estate has undergone an extensive remodel bringing it back to the level of luxury that the Hollywood stars used to enjoy in a Palm Springs Vacation Rental while still incorporating all of the must have modern day amenities. Enter the Estate’s gated entrance and you will be greeted by the Spanish charm of the single story, spacious layout, comprised of a Main house and 2 guest Casitas. The first uniquely designed 2-bedroom Casita is attached to the Main house by the spacious covered carport. Venture down one of the many pathways through the lush desert gardens, to find another detached 2-bedroom Casita with fully furnished kitchenettes including microwaves and refrigerators. The Estate’s layout makes it easy for multiple families to stay at one property while still enjoying their own privacy.
Outdoor living comes alive with all the amenities desert-goers could imagine. The desert gardens are home to many unique specimens and an abundance of desert life. The resort-style pool and Jacuzzi are lined with high quality loungers and several eating areas. The expansive open grounds create plenty of space for family games such as croquet or a perfect place for entertaining. The best part of the Estate’s outdoor amenities however, is the private, fully lit and newly resurfaced Tennis court.
The beauty continues indoors. This adobe style home has elegant arches, beautiful Italian plastered walls, and high-end furnishings. The master wing includes a fully equipped office, original Bing Crosby décor, a personal patio with loungers and direct access to the outdoor Jacuzzi and pool. The master bathroom features plush robes, a custom shower, dual sinks and a private Jacuzzi tub with window views of the desertscape and surrounding mountains. A guest suite and an additional bedroom are located on the opposite side of the main house with fabulous views of the outdoor pool.
