The condominium is approximately 1300 square feet. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, large mesquite writing desk, walk-in closet and private bath. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, walk-in closet, and patio access; the second full bath is adjacent. Both bedrooms have their own TV.

The bedrooms are split from each other by the living area for maximum privacy. In the living room there is a granite fireplace, 42-inch Hitachi big screen TV with DVD player and access to an outside patio. The sofa unfolds into a sofa bed for additional sleeping space.

All furniture, art work, and TVs were purchased in 2004. The unit features granite coutnertops and ceramic flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms (no linoleum). A washer & dryer, also purchased in 2004, provide for super convenience. High speed internet is included in the price. Call or email for availability!
