Come put your feet in the sand and relax at our 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath home away from home at Phoenix V in Orange Beach, AL. The condo has been recently updated for your enjoyment. Flat panel LCD TVs and Blu-ray players are in the living room and bedroom. Enjoy original coastal artwork by local artist while relaxing on the Tommy Bahama couch, love seat, and recliner. The pull out queen sleeper allows you to sleep 4 comfortably. Full size washer and dryer and all new kitchen appliances. Free WiFi access in unit and entire complex. The complex is one of the closest to the beach and ocean making it great for families with small children or beach-goers who like to go back and forth to the pool area. Complex has more of a resort feel than other condos in the area with large indoor pool area, hot tubs, fitness center, sauna, racquet ball court, tennis court, and basketball court. Walk across the street to popular restaurant and bar, Live Bait with Wintzell's Oyster House right down the road as well. Grocery stores, mini golf, arcade, laser tag, and shopping within minutes.

this was our first stay at Orange Beach and it was very enjoyable. The Condo was as advertised and it was ready ealy and we were able to check in at 12 instead of 3 which was a nice Bonus. It had a bigger balcony than I have seen at other similar properties. The view of the Beach was awesome and the Builing itself was staffed by friendly and helpful people. Would definetly like to go back some time.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

The condo was in very good shape and the staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful. The owners were very pleasant and accommodating as well when I needed to change my arrival date at the last minute. The bed was super comfortable, and there was adequate closet space, dresser space, hangers. Having a washer/dryer in the condo was very convenient. It was generally quiet and peaceful, although there was definitely some activity around from time to time - - quiet during quiet times which was good. I really liked the location and the condo and would happily rent there again. Spring Breaker 2013Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This unit was extremely clean and fresh. The appliances were new and we had everything we needed for a much needed weekend escape. We were there for the coldest weekend of the year, but it did not stop us from enjoying the beautiful view and sounds of the beach.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+.
